One guy wants to play the youth team. Another wants Pulis or Pejic in charge. Worth the extension, no doubt. He wanted Pulis as director of football not in charge. Oh. Well Pulis thought Alex Neil was the man to lead us back to the promised land so that's also a bad idea.

Beating QPR would leave it as 13 from 10 which sounds slightly more manageable doesn't it? Lose that and we need 1.6 points a game which probably isn't going to happen.
Could stay up on 45 points potentially though, at a push.

If anyone is listening & cares to share some of the nuggets from the broadcast then pop them on here please! One guy wants to play the youth team. Another wants Pulis or Pejic in charge. Worth the extension, no doubt.

His interview was a bit weird in that he said it was too easy for them to score their goals.
Well yeah...because you've picked that team and set them up in that way.
Am I missing something? There's space down the sides because Schumacher wants the full backs pushing up so much.

One of players who'd been subbed went down the tunnel and Pearson followed him a few seconds later. With the new rules regarding concussion he could still be used as a sub, and he will be sat the the dressing room,,,, Well there you go then. I mean obviously he may have really really really needed a piss but based on his performances this season I'm assuming it's because he's a bit of a dick.

Can't be arsed to rate them after that, but whatever you want it to be give Burger +2 ahead of the others and Iversen, McNally, Wilmott, Johnson & Vidigal -2. Absolutely shocking performance which has only been made semi-bearable listening to folks have comic meltdowns on the coach home Let's have a comic meltdown quote or two then.

Daniel Johnson is not the reason we are where we are,yes he’s been shit but to single him out is farcical. There’s no spine in the team and there hasn’t been for years Good example of the lack of spine though.

Campbell was on the pitch at the end and whoever went before Pearson had playing shorts and socks on so I assumed it was someone who'd been subbed. They came back out at the end. Campbell was stripped to come on and didn’t Clearly finished the circle jerk before full-time. What a bunch of lads.

I don't think you can rate players after that kind of performance because it was so drab. No one stood out at all.

I saw 2 run down the tunnel before the end, Pearson and another, disgraceful, you stay and support your teammates, come what may. Pearson was following that prick Campbell Campbell was on the pitch at the end and whoever went before Pearson had playing shorts and socks on so I assumed it was someone who'd been subbed.

As bad as most of his first touches were, he also appears to be the player most likely to score in our squad which probably means we're fucked.

The performances since say otherwise fella. If you want a debate about the pros and cons of treating the modern footballer like a child, and how it never, ever works then let's crack on... I don't mind a manager doing it with one player if there's a bad apple but he's steadily alienating half the squad.

What was his penalty record before joining us? He'd probably never taken one. Seriously, what sort of team doesn't have anyone good at penalties?

I feel like the list of players Schumacher has no time for is growing. Spotted Pearson going down the tunnel as were about to make the 4th and 5th subs. Full list: - Mmaae - Leris - Rose - Campbell - Pearson Don't think we'll see much of any of them the rest of the season. That’s ridiculous from Pearson if that’s true! One of players who'd been subbed went down the tunnel and Pearson followed him a few seconds later.

Everything he does is so laboured and then he tops it off with the most laboured penalty run-up ever seen.
Although bizarrely I thought there were at least 5 worse than him today, which says how shite we were.

The problem he's got is that list will have mates in the squad who haven't fallen out of favour.
Vidigal is still in favour and I'm pretty sure he's matey with Mmaee, to use one example.

The goals we concede are so simple. All three today have been the kind of stuff any team at any level would be disgusted with.
Schumacher has shown no evidence of being a manager who can set a team up to defend and we don't score enough to balance that out.

With the 11 he's picked all of the defensive midfield work is on Burger. It's crazy. Burger is not a DM, I really rate him but definitely not as a DM in a 3. No, I know. But he's been asked to play there. Bonkers.

A hugely overlooked player in our history when you think about it.
Captain as we eventually dragged our arses out of what was then Division Two and then nearly ever present the following season as we just about managed to stay up. The Premier League years may have never happened without a few of the better players from that team laying the initial foundations. Look how long Sheffield Wednesday have been floundering around between the two divisions, for instance.
RIP Peter. A throwback in a lot of ways as intense professionalism kicked in but a proper player and bloke.

Even if we were on a par with our xG, we'd still only be the 15th or 16th highest scorers in the league.
We're at double figures now for attacking midfielders/strikers brought to the club since the summer, including the players signed in January.
We are absolutely shocking at recruiting for those positions, creating good opportunities and taking them, and have been for nearly a decade.
Utter shit.

He’s made Laurent look like Vieira this season. No idea how we won any games at all before Burger got going because the midfield was a shit state. If Vidigal and Mmaae didn’t start the season fairly well we’d be in an even worse state.

Pretty good summary. Only obvious bit of misinformation was insinuating Macari was sacked during the first season at the Brit; otherwise an accurate summary of the last few decades. When the financial side is put as bluntly as he does it's amazing we've got away without points deductions. We're the Man City of the Championship without any of the success or good football.

He seems like the type of player to keep himself match-ready despite a lack of minutes but hopefully he doesn’t come back and take a while to get going again.

Yeah, he's off. Far too good for us and far too good for the division. Might not be the Premier League though. There'll be a lot of clubs on the continent after him already I bet.

Summary 1 Relegation battle huge set back draw was OK 2 Manager poor selection as said at 14.00 wilmot Campbell Gooch had to start 3 Manager schooled by Mowbray 4 Summer recruitment the ultimate issue Martin and Jared have set us back years None of today's front three should be anywhere near the championship 5 50 points still a long long way 6 Cundle e very poor and Jan window as you'd expect given who is running it has done absolutely nothing zero 7 very very concerning. 8 All that matters is 50 points 9 We just lost to the statistically worst team in the league on form Martin and Jared have ruined this squad the manager needs to learn quick he is in real peril and the players simply are not good enough as stated earlier in the season We've 10 days to find a forward solution or play in league one Nice trolling.
