Taken from another post i created but i think it shows how tactically inept we have been and it's not all down to the players.
From when Neil was sacked up until we beat Rotherham we had conceded 4 goals in 8 games and only 7 teams had conceded less than us in the league. Full backs for the most part sat deep throughout this time and we looked much tighter defensively while not creating many chances.
Since the loss to Birmingham Schumacher has gone balls to the wall attacking with full backs, midfield and wide players all playing high up. Subs following in the same vein. This has resulted in 14 goals conceded in 4 games.
The best part about this all out attack is that we have scored 3 in the last 4 games compared to 5 in the first 4 games since Neil left. So we don't score more and i'd argue we don't create more.
All we have done is created massive gaps in and around the defensive midfield area, often leaving us playing 2 at the back. This shows int he stats where we often have most possession but get counter attacked so easy.
Stats show we can be a top half of the table side defensively and just needed to open up teams a bit more with a few fresh faces, instead Schumacher has taken the bull in a china shop approach and it's costing us deeply. Continue in this way and results won't improve.
Shit bin if you want but i think its important to show its not all about having awful players, we showed early doors we can be decent enough for this year but the manager need a long hard look at where he is going wrong first before throwing players under the bus publicly.

His interview was a bit weird in that he said it was too easy for them to score their goals.
Well yeah...because you've picked that team and set them up in that way.
Am I missing something? There's space down the sides because Schumacher wants the full backs pushing up so much.

The space Blackburn’s attackers had on the counter in the first 30 minutes was genuinely like a Sunday League game. We were lucky they only scored 3.

I genuinely can't remember watching another professional football match where there was that much space. You're not talking 10-15 yards, you are talking almost half a pitch in some instances. If he can't sit back tonight or tomorrow and watch the match and work out where its going wrong then i have no idea how he's managed to get this far.

I was talking to a Plymouth fan the other night - benefit of living in Cornwall - and he said Schumacher's gung-ho approach worked in League One but that he was being found out at this level.
