Until Ryan can learn to keep his hands to himself I'm afraid zonal marking is here to stay. This is the only reason we persevere with it. Ryan can zonal mark on his own or put him on the line

When was the last time a team gave away a penalty from a corner for man handling? Are we that stupid we are the only team that can’t man for man mark? Unbelievable. F’k it off now as we are handing teams chances most games

Can’t wait to see him at Bet 365. Zouma, Shawcross and BMI will be waiting and if they aren’t Charlie will... If a Stoke player did what he did I’d be expecting a 3 match ban. Disgraceful as was the idiot Watford supporter screaming abuse at Allen calling him an F’in C on the video I saw.

Points gained in 55% of his games. He seems to have runs of losses followed by runs of wins. I hope he can start one of those winning runs now otherwise I fear the Palace game will be his last.

Shots per game he must be right up there. Put him on from the start and give him 45 mins to weave his magic then bring on a sub. If we are 2 up the opposition need to push forward and leave gaps to exploit. Unfortunately when we are 2 up we sit back and let the opposition come at us and it usually ends in tears.

Massive game at Palace for them at the weekend It would be handy for them to beat Palace and keep them down the bottom. That only leaves 2 x places to avoid and I'm predicting Swansea plus one other. That other will be between West Ham, potentially us, Bournemouth and a couple if teams to fall away that haven't yet,

What do we do with Berra? Cut our losses or persevere? I'm hopeing he comes good but he is s concern. The current formation isn't working so let's change it and play two up top. Can't be any worse can it????

If The Shrewsbury Manager leaves, and the fans protest and vent their anger , maybe Shrewsbury should appoint Craig Shakespeare to calm things down, and try to appease the fans....A sort of Taming of The Shrews if you like.... Hopefully could turn it around before a 'winter of discontent' (ahem). He should take a look at our defence - a comedy of errors

Palace because its a god awful place to get to & we never get anything. Swansea as above. West Ham just because Marko thinks they are bigger & more ambitious than us. Yep agree. 18 West Ham relegated on goal difference 19 Swansea 20 Palace .they don't win another game

In this age of act first then think it through we are lucky to have a Chairman and board that don't panic. I hope Hughes turns it round over the next 4 games against Watford, Leicester, Brighton and Palace although I'm sadly expecting the worst

I jokingly said to a mate I hope we get mullered at Watford in order to get Hughes out of the door. However I just don't see it, unless we go on a run of 10 straight losses PC won't even consider getting rid mid-season and even then he'd most likely still keep him on. We need scrape every point we can, contentious penalties, handball goals, flukes off Saido's arse or whatever - we have got to survive first but whilst doing so the fans need to make it clear to the stubborn one that change is needed and not just Hughes. The whole set up needs a kick-up the arse Watford should have beaten Chelsea missing 2 x sitters which would have put them 4-1 up. Unfortunately I don't fancy our chances

Jack and Shaq will be gone in January. They are both ambitious players and highly skilful, but we won't hang on to them if we don't try to match that ambition and sadly we are light years away from that. If we keep them to the end of the season we will have done well. Agreed.

I remember years ago wanting us to lose heavily to get rid of a manager - can't remember who but it was in the 80's. Now I want 6 points and no goals conceded. I want Hughes to succeed and I want those signed players to do well.

He needs to know when to pass, dribble, shoot etc. at the moment he seems intent on always beating his man and defenders soon work him out as to predictable.

I suggested Chris Wood from Leeds. Scored three in six already. He would have been just what we need in my opinion. I don't think we gamble enough on Championship strikers. Josh King is another we could have snapped up. Other than that route we are looking at 25 big ones for a quality striker. Totally agree we should have signed Chris Wood. Reminds me of Lee Chapman

I like Hughes but a pattern has emerged with Imbula, Berrahino and now Wimmer. All looked good signings but none have delivered @ just under £50m. How long will PC have faith? It's a results game and Sparky can turn this around with wins against Bournemouth, Leicester, Brighton & Palace in the next 5 games. ( Watford away will be tough)
