1 x win off 9th, 1 loss off 18th. It’s a very competitive season. Losing to Liverpool isn’t season ending. Losing to Swansea, West Brom West Ham & Huddersfield before 2018 could be..

Dropped. Ave of 2 goals conceded per game is poor.

When was the last time in the league we battered somebody? We seem to scrape wins without putting teams to the sword.

He loves his ADIDAS cap so can’t see him managing a team sponsored by Macron or Nike. What are his options?

looked a stonewall peno to me and shawcross should have been off. We should have won in my opinion, some bad defending at times but lucky really as was defo peno for me a red would have been very harsh, he made a genuine attempt for the ball! It’s hard to get a red and concede a penalty now. This tackle in last weeks Aussie game didn’t get the Honduran sent off

Ramadan had a poor start to the season, but has played much better in the last few matches and beats his man consistently. You can see his confidence is increasing. The problem is there is no end product in terms of a telling pass, centre, or shot at goal, but he is still young and will learn from his mistakes. Give him half a season of regular matches and he will blossom into a superb player. I don’t disagree but it’s like...,ok I have beaten one player what do I do now?

Does anyone know what the parking is like around the ground. Tarmac with white asphalt lines and numbers. The lines are a special Asphalt, the type of Asphalt you can only get in Brighton, and San Francisco... Bit like this very funny. I actually laughed out loud.

The league is split into thirds. Top 6, 7-14, 15-20. Our challenge is to finish top of the second third and stay there. If a manager does it one year there is pressure to replicate it which is very difficult the following year against 7+ other managers. Pressure builds, fans get unhappy... who would be a manager?

He will resign and take the Wales job to preserve his relegation-free status This. I think he’s excepting/ wanting the sack to get the big payout as he knows he has done all he can. He will then walk into the Wales job if his ego allows him to take a massive pay cut. He will do well for Wales. A minnow fighting against the big clubs...all so familiar

Pretty sure they will get behind Australia and wish them well, or is that like saying The Jocks, The Welsh and the 2 Paddys will get behind England. Australia seem more appreciative of NZ than vice versa. I have lived in both countries. The KIWIS have never forgiven the Aussies for the 1981 underarm incident. Greg Chappell, the Australian captain, ordered the bowler (his brother Trevor) to bowl underarm, rolling the ball along the ground to prevent the Number 10 New Zealand batsman hitting a six from the last ball to tie the match. Bowling underarm was within the laws of cricket, but perceived as unsportsmanlike.

And always thought Jedinak would look good in a Stoke shirt. I think TP wanted to sign him once. He’d be a great back up for Fletcher Wasn't it Joe Ledley that TP wanted? Both had/ have the big beard and both played for Palace. TP wanted Ledley and Jedinak as well

Just got back from the Aussie game. The Men at work song Down under still ringing in my ear. Over the moon they got through. The Honduran team should be embarrassed by that performance. The spent so much time at 0-0 rolling around the floor it was unbelievable. The moment the Aussies scored they played football and never went down injured again. They are a joke. Should be a great Ashes now and it would be great to be in the same group as England in the World Cup Football

Looking forward to seeing Aust v Honduras second leg on Wed. The Aussies chartered a plane back from the USA whereas the Honduras team have to go via LA & Hawaiii. The ANZ Stadium pitch will be so much better than yesterday. Embarrassing for a WCQ.

Very unlucky for Jack but an opportunity for Lee. He hasn’t let us down before and to be honest I’m not that disappointed as I’m not convinced by Jacks performance this season. Apart from the world class save on Saturday his performance along with the defence hasn’t set the world on fire.

We only have 1 x game changer in the starting eleven and that’s Shaq. When Arnie was here we had two which kept the defenders guessing. Close Shaq down or he gets injured we have nothing..
