Bojan has played for numerous top clubs in Europe and things have never worked out. He came here for stability and in my opinion he is settled and playing possibly the best football of his life. If he moves he runs the risk of playing in a big clubs rotation system if he is injured again would he be given the chance and time to make a comeback? Here Bojan can play every week and possibly be called back to the national team.

As a Stoke fan I am angry about yesterday's performance but we have to move on. There is a big game coming up on Tuesday and the team will need the crowd behind them. Just because of one poor performance what are people going to do ? Not go again? I for one will be cheering the team on on Tuesday.

Apart from the slip, which alot of players have had today be has been great. A range of passing and control that will help us with our more expansive football. Sorry but there are no positives I can see from this game. We looked disjointed passing was poor very poor set pieces Gomez had a very very easy game today. I'm not going to point the finger at any one player collectively very poor.

Even before the final whistle the ground was almost empty. I could only see a handful of people clapping the team.

Was this just voted for by Indian nationalists? I haven't got a clue, mate. I did see another list of 'The Worlds Best Armies' and Pakistan came top Best army oh god help us. Their weapons are so dated they still use sling shots !

Shawcross is back ! You could tell he was easing himself in. Came off at half time. Stoke grabbed a draw. Shawcross with my boy. Great picture, but I find something very odd about the sight of Mr Stoke City with vale park in the background. Same here mate the location comes up on my iPhone as well. Which seems odd. Not many people can say they met Shawcross at Vale Park.

The outstanding player of the team under hughes his ability to keep the gall priceless , those who didn't appreciate him are getting a rude wake up call . Anyone wiith an ounce of football knowledge could see he was the fulcrum of the team last year . I think Nzonzi got better and better last season he played with a swagger. Think he would have been awesome this season.

No more shouldn't be done to attract people from any particular ethnic group because if race doesn't matter then it doesn't matter what race the supporters are . By Asians I assume you mean the Pakistani / Bangladesh variety etc as opposed to our Chinese / Japanese etc brothers and sisters . Football and in particular clubs like Stoke that have always had a big hooligan element have also had a number of racists in their ranks but in this day and age, policing and CCTV etc pretty much has that whole scene wrapped up so nothing is stopping anyone from buying tickets for the match . Special treatment is not needed or welcome Correct. Special treatment is in itself tantamount to racism. OOhhh lets have a push to encourage Asian supporters, well what about being more inclusive and have a push to encourage any supporters, maybe disadvantaged, single parent families, etc etc etc, lets not just put our hand out to ethnic minorities. One thing that riles me is in the Met Police you have a Black Police Officers Association, could you imagine the uproar if there was a White Police Officers Association. Reverse racism is as bad as racism itself. I think you'll find that the met have been proven to be institutionally racist. So these associations give minority groups in the force a voice.

Or not many Asian people like football in the area ? That is quite simply bullshit. If you have read any of the posts in the thread you could deduce that the number of Asian people that attend matches (a handful) compared to the amount in the area is staggeringly low. You're not telling me none of them like football or could become Stoke City fans given the opportunity if they are not already particularly interested in football, for whatever reason. When you say 'asian' who exactly are you referring to? Asia is a massive continent are you referring to why no Pakistani, indian or bangladeshi or chinese are going to the Brit? I perhaps give you a little insight as why possibly pakistani people are not attending. Perhaps pakistanis do not feel safe? due to the current climate (Islamaphobia) perhaps it could be due to the issue of racism only recently being addressed with 'kick it out' which i dont feel is working. When pakistanis first came to this country they were not exactly made to feel welcome. This is my experience and i dont believe i am alone my fathers generation linked football with national pride and in his time he was not seen as British. Hooliganism was also prevelent and linked to racist organisations. But this is only my view my Dad loved football but would never entertain a thought of attending a match as it simply in his view was not safe. Its good that we are asking why people from ethnic minorities are not attending football matches there was an interesting piece on Bradford City on the daily mail.com there more work needs to be done to access communities and break down barriers and ask these important questions. I must admit i felt anxious the first time i went to the Brit as held common misconception that i would be called names even though i am mixed race and my skin is slightly tanned. I still hear racism in the stands using the 'P' word but the only challenges i hear are on here. i have been a season ticket holder for a number of years now so is my 7 year old son and my wife. We are Stoke mad! I would also like to see more people from our diverse community coming to the Brit.

After 45 years of gradual immigration into the city , one can only conclude that the integration successive governments talk incessantly about .....Isn't piggin working . Never the twain shall meet . Or not many Asian people like football in the area ?

Soon as we let Leicester back in the game they had us on the back foot. We all know about the defence situation but Leicester are the premierships inform team at the minute. I knew they would come out of the blocks 2nd half. They are yet to lose a game.

I think start with Joselu see how it goes then bring Crouch on he's good on the ball brings others into the game. Target man for Anie and Shaqiri as they put crosses in.

Merson made interesting point in his prediction Stoke have too many footballers need some Steel in the team. He thinks the team is not balanced.

I will clap him but he is a Leicester player now. I'm sure he will do something to annoy Stoke fans. Could even get the atmosphere going if he fouls a stoke player! After all isn't that why Stoke fans liked him a no nonsense player who can go in hard.

Hughes knew Shawcross would be out for a long time. But Hughes trusts what he has as cover. We had time to get someone in as cover. Players need to step up now and prove their worth. Especially the defence.

We will be fine. First half of the season is always tough. Hughes teams are usually stronger in the second half of the season. (Except QPR)
