Hello everyone First can I introduce myself I am the Supporter Liaison Officer at Doncaster Rovers. I am here just to post a quick message and some information regarding your visit to the Keepmoat Stadium. On Saturday the Stoke City fans will be allocated our North Stand, which holds around 3,300 fans. Once you have arrived at the Keepmoat there will be food and drink available in the ground. If you would like a drink and pie before you enter the ground, then the away fans are welcome in the Belle Vue Bar (named after our former ground) which is located at the West Stand. We have some fantastic offers available of a pie & a pint for just £5 or 2 pints for £6! You can also try our very own Doncaster Rovers beer! Also known as Rovers1879. Here is a link to our away fans guide that was produced by the club with information regarding the Keepmoat and the surrounding areas. If you have time it is well worth a read. www.doncasterroversfc.co.uk/documents/drfc-awaysupportersguide110-2829634.pdfIf you have any questions then please get in touch the email address is supporterliaison@doncasterroversfc.co.uk . Or you can tweet me at @drfc_away. Thank you for your time, I hope to see you on Saturday and that you all have a safe journey. Kind Regards Dean Medcalf Supporter Liaison Officer Doncaster Rovers FC

Is there any provision for buying tickets for away supporters at the Keepmoat on the day of the game?

Kind Regards Dean Medcalf Supporter Liaison Officer Doncaster Rovers FC Thanks, Dean, it's great to see an SLO taking the trouble to post this - just what the SLO role should be about. I chair the FSF and, as you probably know, the vice-chair, Martin O'Hara is a Donny fan and it's great to have a place actually at the ground where we will be able to have a drink together before the game. And it's also great that you have resisted the temptation to try to hike up the ticket prices for the visit of a PL team. Doing things right all round.

Is there any provision for buying tickets for away supporters at the Keepmoat on the day of the game? Doubt it there's about 70 tickets left so I would say if you're not on the blower 1st thing for one of the remaining you'll miss out....

Thanks Prestwich, I'm Yorkshire based so I can't exactly nip down to the Britannia, and I've probably left it too late to get them posted. Oops.

Ring and order 1st thing in the morning mate they'll bring it over on the official coaches and you can collect at the ticket office. Failing that there's about 1,000 tickets left in the Donny end.....

Cheers for that - this has all the makings of a really enjoyable Cup away tie. Given that the Palfreys has turned out to be much further away from the ground than I first thought, the club bar sounds a much better option, and definately the club beer!

Why did you find that so necessary, are you a barrister ? Stokies never used to be like that.

Quick note on that 'leeds' , you will need to get into the bar as early as possible as it does quickly fill up. By the way there are no problems with colours etc. we even allow the 'Wall in however we do make an exception with the Binkickers of your home town .

Wonderfully refreshing and thank yiou for taking the time to post Any advice on parking much appreciated Plenty of parking around ground but getting out can be lengthy. A good bet would be park at the Dome leisure centre & walk the (picturesque) route around the lake, 10-15 minute walk to ground. Advantage of the Dome (apart from a bar that does good food) is when you head home turn right at the roundabout then left at the lights & your on the A638 which if you stay on you will hit the A1, don't follow m18 signs as you will be back in the match day traffic

Some of our supporters think they can roll up on the day as usual and get tickets as easy as that . The misinformation is because there will be bigger areas of segregation due to your increased allocation. I would advise that you don't travel without a ticket. Roll ups spares if any will be sold for the home ends from our own database.

My friend got tickets for the home end for him and his 2 kids a couple of days ago, he's got a Sheffield postcode but he wasn't a member....

Nice information pack, although the white text on red background a little hard on the eye. Reasonable beer prices, but those pie prices aren't very Northern.

Please don't expect the site to be accurate it hasn't been for years . It's possible that you have got someone who isn't completely au fait with the system and have circumvented the usual checks. No doubt a few will slip through the net. We always have a great town to visit for those that miss out.
