His brother will probably drive him home and film the journey on his phone. Loves pissing around and filming it, he spent half his Time on loan at our place in shell on the a34 with jese acting like two 10 year olds and filming it, pair of absolute weapons Helps to explain how our dressing room became so toxic for sure.

On his way home in a car it just said I fear tomorrow he’ll be going down the racism or mental health route Typical bully. An absolute coward.

Which is worst - violence or words? I'd rather someone said something nasty to me than be dropkicked by someone 20 times my weight, then chased and attacked. Punishing pets with violence is pointless / barbaric, as the animal rarely links the crime to the punishment it's getting, it's only knocks the animals confidence in humans and can cause stress, anxiety and depression, just like it would in humans. PS I've been racially (taunted sounds better than abused) through most of my life, mainly in jokes from friends and colleagues, but on the very odd occasion, in a nasty way, retrospectively I've always handled it well with a thick skin and a repertoire of comebacks, whitty or biting, but I've never handled a punch in the face quite so well. This. I would happily take all the homophobic abuse someone could throw at me if it meant my two cats were safe. Both things and, of course, racism are abhorant but at least as a human being I can advocate for myself. Animals don't have that ability so we need to stand up for them.

I remember back when he played for us there was a video of him and Choupo taking the piss out of Berahino for one reason or another. I know Berahino is an idiot but the way Zouma was giggling like a playground bully and talking in French which Berahino obviously couldn't understand stuck in my head ever since. Thought he was a cowardly bully even then, this just confirms it. Scum.

When we lived in Leek (in the dark ages) my brother used to catch ferral pigeons down at the war memorial at the bottom of Derby Street. He kept them, for a short while, in a makeshift 'loft' at the back of the pub we lived in. The pub: The Bird in Hand, of course Leek is still in the dark ages

Clearly he isn't corrupt in as much as he's not taking money to ensure we lose, no matter how old his bride is. It's just a knee jerk reaction. But isn't being deliberately biased against us, ensuring we lose, just as corrupt even if he doesn't gain financially? From a legal perspective corruption involves wrongdoing for financial gain, whether it’s breaking the laws of the land or the laws of the game. Corruption is not the right word. More appropriate descriptors are useless, incompetent, biased, unqualified, spineless, incapable. I would be very surprised if other teams haven’t had similar problems. Huddersfield played a rough, physical game and he just wasn’t up to the job. He needs to find something to do other than officiating football matches. As I said before Stoke need to do everything possible, even taking legal action to ensure he is never involved in a Stoke match ever again. Doesn't have to strictly be for financial gain under English law - it's any "financial or other advantage".

Unusually for the Mail that's a really misleading headline though Cal. Within the story itself it repeatedly states he likely developed the heart issue from contracting COVID rather than a side effect of the vaccine.

Could it be the lethal 💉 These are just the on show public ones but I'm sure you can rely on the government and BBC to keep you in the picture so not to worry No. You’re more likely to have heart issues if you have covid than the jab. 🤦♂️ Yep, they don't get much fitter and healthier than Alphonso Davies and he's out for at least a month with heart issues after contracting COVID.

Pulisic,Werner just two players we were pushing for Was Werner good before Chelsea? He looks absolutely woeful for them. Like he overly doesn’t know what he’s doing. He was really good at Leipzig but he seems like a different player at Chelsea.

Hahaha, he was beyond shit From the ridiculous back heel that almost cost us, the superb through ball that gifted them their goal to the fucking idiot feigning injury when we were in a great position so the ref stopped play. I really hope we never see him in our kit ever again I wish we'd never had to see him in our kit in the first place.

One of the most humbling experiences of my life was talking with him and him going through the save moment by moment explaining how he did it. I was awestruck. Still am. I was lucky enough to meet him a couple of times. He really was such a lovely man, and so incredibly humble with it.

Is it just my telly or is the commentator whispering? I thought they’d got the commentary audio mixed up with the snooker. Nail on head, that's EXACTLY what it sounds like 😂

Never knew he was from these parts. A voice as recognisable as Mr Motson to footy fans of a certain age. RIP Gerald. I had absolutely no idea either. He was ace. God bless Gerald, enjoy commentating on the greats up there.

Maybe they’ll just play it safe and give it the other guy who fills in when there’s no big games? Exactly Jeff doesn’t do too much opinion just be the moderator of the panel. And he’s brilliant at it. For this reason Sky will go with one of their established presenters. Maybe a woman but a presenter type all the same. As much of an uproar there was when le tiss, Tommyo and champagne Charlie left - they forget that panel was constantly changing. Alan mullery, George best and others have had permanent slots in those chairs. As time moves on you need the current generation of ex pros with more current views. IMO the likes of souness are dinosaurs now. In ten years time we will be sick of Neville and carragher. It might be controversial but I don’t like shoehorning ex woman footballers in these slots just for diversity sake. If they did the same in the woman’s game the women wouldt be happy. Agree with all that except the last part. There are tonnes of men involved in the women's game. Some are good, some are absolute rubbish - same goes for women in the men's game.

The supporter’s name is PETER JONES – now that all his family and friends know I think it’s OK that I share this with fellow supporters. Sincere condolences to his family and loved ones. I feel privileged to have knelt by his side in his hour of need, I am just devastated that I couldn’t have done more and the outcome wasn’t what I prayed for. I did what I thought was the right thing to do, I’d have done the same no matter what the circumstances and I’d do it again for anyone. I don’t need thanks or gratitude from anyone - this isn't about me but I would like to pass my thanks and gratitude onto the others who helped. I now know one of the guys was Owen Wainwright a Brentford supporter, I have signed up and posted a thank you to him on the Brentford supporter’s forum. Another guy who helped was Mick a Stoke supporter I have no other details about Mick, there were other people there trying their best to help too. You did everything you could and you couldn't have done any more, Albert. The survival rate for people given CPR outside a hospital is around 12 per cent, so the outcome is never even close to a certainty, The important thing is that you gave him the chance to be in that 12 per cent. Please, please know that you couldn't have done any more. God bless Peter, you've got some great company up there in the heavenly Boothen xx

Just got home after giving him CPR for 45 minutes, I hope the fellas ok. I stayed with him until the paramedics could defibrillate him and get an adrenaline line in him. I really hope he makes it, the paras took him off on a stretcher. Gouranga. Huge respect to you Albert. Hoping and praying he makes it.

After very long layoffs (over 9 months in Ty's case) managers usually give their players some game time in U23 games before putting them into first team football. Even though Watford will probably play some second string players, their side is likely to be of a higher standard than U23. So I think it is entirely logical that TY's second appearance since injury was in an under 23 game. Ty's successful rehab is surely more important than giving him game time tomorrow. Hope Powell doesn't play . I don't think anyone was expecting her to play to be honest... 😉

A friend of mine once said “drinking can take years, but gambling can destroy your life in a minute”. I’ve always accepted that. I have a pretty addictive personality and never saw the need to gamble. Can definitely see how it can be such a big rush. Totally agree, although it's funny but I'm the exact opposite. I'm a (sober) alcoholic but I can gamble once in a while without any issues at all.

Has he lived up to his potential? He’s just sat on the bench at Liverpool I think that's overly harsh and simple tbh. He allowed them to rest players and filled in and did a good job when called upon. Could he be a regular for such a club? Maybe but I think a bench option for a club like that at that moment in his career was possibly even overachieving. Totally agree. I don't understand where the idea he did nothing for Liverpool comes from. Amongst other things he was key in the CL semi final comeback against Barcelona, and bagged that lovely assist.
