Does anyone know if the person who collapsed outside the ground is ok? The football goes out the window when something like this happens.

Was wondering the same thing. Waited with those doing CPR until the ambulance came and then thought it best to move on. Really hope he made it.

Just got home after giving him CPR for 45 minutes, I hope the fellas ok. I stayed with him until the paramedics could defibrillate him and get an adrenaline line in him. I really hope he makes it, the paras took him off on a stretcher. Gouranga.

I won't name him as I don't know if it's the right thing to do, he's a 70 year old guy from the Haslington area. went the match with a couple of mates but his mates didn't notice him missing until they got to their car as he usually lagged behind. The police took my name and number and said they would ring me. Put things into perspective Gouranga.

Fair play Albert, that's a long time for Cpr, you've certainly given the old boy a fighting chance, there was a lot of people up that path, worst place possible for medics to access.
Hope he's ok

Great work Albert .I hope and pray he pulls through .Saw 2 ambulances along Highfield Drive. They were pretty quick considering traffic etc. Football seems irrelevant after that. Prayers are with that man .❤❤❤
