We've seen what players being dicks have done to this club. Literally cost us £100s of millions in lost revenue. If there is any substance to even half of that, I'm all in with Schuey. To right, berahino, jese, choupo, imbula all bad attitudes which brought this club down. If mmae is in the same mould as these get him out quickly

Shouldnt this be in everything else. ( or maybe the rightwing propaganda shit bin.) It's not right-wing it's common sense which is quickly disappearing in this country

Pearson did Something just before the kick-off against Swansea. It was the game after Alex Neil got the sack. I'm not sure if many noticed it. However I thought straight away he was sending a message out too certain players in the side who had thrown the towel in on AN. I might be miles off, and for that reason I won't say what it was. However he's not done it since Thanks for sharing!!

No surprise he is back in the team and we are shipping goals for fun. His shit pass led to the 2nd goal today. A centre half in a right backs body!! 3 v Sunderland. 5 v leicester. Ben's back in town

I thought that they got it Spot-on myself👏 Then you are part of the reason why this club is stuck in the rut it is… call yourselves supporters? You’re a fucking disgrace. I expect come mid week you'll be one of those saying play Campbell up top in a front two and he'll come good....NO, he's not gonna come good he hasn't come good or shown the attitide/determination in the last 4 years and that's the disgrace

2 games with wilmot back in and we let 8 goals in.. I know mcnally had a poor game v brum but he was striking a decent oartnership up with rose..was it a knee jerk reaction to bomb him out of the team.. To many changes bring made since the brum game has totally disrupted the team.

He needs to look like he gives a shit then because at the minute his body language is all wrong. I’m years beyond the body language argument to be fair. It died with, frankly, all our best players in the last de see. Arnautovic, N’Zonzi, Shaqiri, Powell, all of them. Never thought I'd see biscuit legs mentioned in the same sentence as proper players Arnie, N'Zonzi and Shaq

We were shit with him and shit without him. He did put the ball in the net every couple of games though, so.ething ghat seems well beyond our current crop of strikers.

In a front 3 as the main striker, I don’t he’ll do anything with the shower of shit around him (cundle/Leris and haska) Right of a front 3 with mmaee, vidigal and junho behind, I’d expect him to be much better. Bear in mind he’s barely played for months. Best goalscorer we’ve got and he’ll be missed You’re willing to rely on the alternatives? Madness After 2 or 3 games the decision has been made that Cundle is a shower of shit..unbelievable. ..yet hope is still held that 30 goals in his career Campbell is the best scorer we've got..🤦♂️

No rush with him- needs loaning to League Two or even National League. Build him up, one division at a time. We need to think long term with these youngsters. Very few are ready for the Championship before they're 21. Totally agree, he needs a few years development yet. The clamour on here for him to be first choice reminds me of the clamour for delap Jr, he was nowhere near ready when on loan for us and 2 loan spells later he's only just now starting to find his feet in the Championship. Lowe is similar he needs a couple of years and loan spells yet to develop mentally, physically, to the demands of first team football.

great news , now get him out on loan Looking at the Brum game he was one of the better strikers on show. I'm not sure about that loan thing . Not sure lowe looked that impressive against brum. Think he a way to go yet to be champ standard.

I think it's a massive step up from the age range they are in. Imagine say Lowe coming up against, say Vestergard at Leicester, a real unit, it would be men against boys.. I am not saying every player has to be a unit, but most championship CH's would bully the likes of Lowe..for sure they are excellent prospects, but for the here and now, maybe too early. Vestergaard has a lot of weaknesses. I've watched him play for Denmark a lot, so I speak from those experiences: his position play is poor, he's slow, and despite his height, he misses a lot of headers, so it's just a matter of a quick "boy" near to pick up those loose balls, and bingo, goal. But you'd have to pick Lowe for that to happen. Of what I've seen of Lowe "quick" is not one of his attributes.

I think it's probably like covid. There's Chris Whitty with the widely accepted received wisdom science (not that it always proves to be correct in the fullness of time) then there's some crank who'll say anything you want if you pay him to. Perhaps, though I don’t think it’s likely that they’ll appoint some crank. In my field, there are plenty of well respected researchers who tackle the issue surrounding why people develop colorectal cancer very differently. The issue is very heterogenous across the population. Depending on what a Department Chair may believe works best within their existing structure, I could be far better suited to work within their program than another, and vice-versa, based solely on the methodologies I employ to tackle the issue. Neither appointment would be wrong though. I imagine that fitness is similarly complex and highly individualized. It could well be that SS holds a different view of what fitness for his players looks like than the current head of sports science. My issue isn’t really that someone is being replaced, it’s that someone is coming in whose experience is “oh, I’ve worked with this guy before”. I think that’s crap. We have much more resources than Plymouth. We have a better training facility and likely can afford to shop in a higher caliber of the job market. However, we are simply returning to the bullshit that is “jobs for the boys”. Jobs for the boys or not. If the new fitness coach can get our team as fit as plymouths were I'd be happy with that. They ran us into the ground in the last 39 mins at their place the difference in fitness levels was plain for all to see. I said the day shu came here that I hope he brings the plymouth fitness coach with him

Not sure he needs one with the people who make the decisions. The last 2 have played him pretty consistently when fit I’d be surprised if this one didn’t too. Quite simply he’s our best forward player. It’s a section of the fans who have a problem with Campbell. 100% our best forward player, its just a shame at the moment he has poppadom legs.. reminding me of a certain Nick Powell at the moment with his injury record. I'd love to get Ty a run of 10+ games.. Not sure Campbell has the lungs or desire to play shueys style.. time will tell.

Strange how stoke have to have a solid colour block on the back of our shirts so we can see the numbers but today arsenal can have white numbers on white shirts..

Vis unita fortior. United strength is stronger.
Unfortunately it'll never happen. The block 19 kiddies wrecked the boothen with their high speed squeals now their doing the same in the south.
Until the younger generation step up and take on the mantle of chief singers it'll never happen.. jumping up and down with your arms in air in the concourse doesn't do it I'm afraid.
Us oldies had our days creating the atmosphere, the macari days were great atmosphere. 1st year back in the prem excellent, but that was 15 yrs ago and today's youth were still sat in the family section with their mom and dad's, it's over to you lot now, time you stepped up.

He'll be one of the 8's, they are given licence to get forward and score/create. He'll hopefully be our "Azaz". It really depends on what Schuey’s vision is for the team. At Plymouth his preferred system was 3-4-2-1, so that’s two 10’s rather than two 8’s. In the 'double 10s' system I see Vidigal and Bae supporting Mmaee. The only way I could see Cundle fitting is if Schuey adopted a 4-3-2-1 – Pearson as 6, with Burger and Cundle as the two 8's. Baker and Thompson would be the backups to that midfield trio. I know Cundle is not Plymouth's player, but could we offer one of either Laurent or DJ in a trade-off to help smooth the deal?! The deal is with wolves not plympton

Looks like Farke could let Cooper and Bamford leave Both be ok Champ signings but Bamford's wages apparently are huge I expect coopers are pretty hefty as well, Leeds captain, led them to promotion, played in prem, will be on good whack

No surprise. Wonder if they could get Steve Cooper? Lee Carsley a good shout. He's a Brummie too, isn't he? Would be a sensible appointment if they could persuade Carsley. Cooper will be waiting for the Palace job I reckon….. Or Newcastle when they fail to get in the top 6.

Give me klopps style any day over the pep style, was given the opportunity to see city v leipzig in the champions league this season, I found the constant passing forward, sideways, backwards boring, no players attempt to take any one on in a 1v1 they turn and pass to keep position. It didn't get me on the edge of my seat, or the city fans. The crowd was so quiet throughout i couldn't believe how quiet the crowd was. It may win them titles but it doesn't excite them to watch at all. Give me wingers and players running at defenders over peps style every time. Give me 5 trophies in a season. City are a phenomenal side, play amazing football and win cups. Pep is up there with the best managers of all time and has changed football in this country. Agree they are phenomenal at what they do, they win cups repeatedly, pep is one of the best, and yes many teams follow this style. But the man city crowd at the game I went to were bored, apart from the final pass which leads to a goal there was no excitement from the crowd.. only noise I could hear was constant conversations between fans around me... Grealish has had half his skill coached out of him, he rarely takes players on always now looking for the pass. Give me wingers who run at defenders. Players who run from midfield with the ball, football to get you off your seat. Yes man city are doing incredible with their style.. but its not for me. Football is exciting not a game of chess.

Not ridiculous at all. It's stupid when players are ruled offside because the elbow is off side. I honestly think the whole player should be past the defender and daylight between the players for it to be offside. The more opportunities to score ghe better. No one gets ruled off for an elbow offside. You can’t play the ball with your elbow. A cm off is offside. That’s fine. The whole player is way too much of an advantage. They do actually Bayern.

The daft thing is, all of the other "similar rules", for example a goal or ball out of play, dictate that the WHOLE ball must be over the line for the decision to be given. Why is it only the offside rule where it's the opposite and only a small part of the attacker needs to be ahead of the defender and not the whole player? Because it’s ridiculous that it should be the whole player? Not ridiculous at all. It's stupid when players are ruled offside because the elbow is off side. I honestly think the whole player should be past the defender and daylight between the players for it to be offside. The more opportunities to score ghe better.

Why does every team now think they can replicate what Pep does at City ? That yesterday by Ipswich was scaring me and I'm a Stoke fan. They just didn't look comfortable at all. Give me klopps style any day over the pep style, was given the opportunity to see city v leipzig in the champions league this season, I found the constant passing forward, sideways, backwards boring, no players attempt to take any one on in a 1v1 they turn and pass to keep position. Don't get too upset by the match day thread, at various points you can guarantee that the following players are shit: Bonham Hoever McNally Wilmot Rose Stevens Gooch Johnson Pearson Laurent Burger Vidigal Mmaee Gayle Wesley. The only players who escape the wrath are Junior, Baker and Bae because they haven't played too often but the more Bae plays the more shit he becomes according to the experts. Baker's a fall guy waiting to happen as soon as he starts regularly though. It's the same when players are out injured for a while.. they suddenly become world beaters who must be rushed back into the team ASAP...only for us to realise when they do return there still just as bad as they were before they were injured.. How long before our memories fade us and in our oatcake forum minds laurent becomes the midfielder we've been missing or Stevens is the experience glue to hold our defence together

Some of the comments on here are Mind boggling. It’s like some judge a player or the entire team on how they play in the last 15 minutes. Agreed, bae has gone from stronger than expected, a baller, top player to having a mare, needs subbing all inside 45 minutes.
