That's not what he said at all. He said Shawcross was worth 15 million, not Begovic. They didn't even talk about Begovic.

Yeh but any keeper worth his salt would have saved them. Pardew is simply deluded if he thinks his team should have won last night. Sounds like a man excusing for his job.

Total Bollocks! I've been a Stoke fan since I could just about walk and live nowhere near Stoke and at the age of 52 highly unlikely I will ever support anybody else. Get a life!

Shotton is not a Premiership player. Doubtful if he belongs in the Championship.

Com'mon fella's. We could have given a poor Liverpool team more problems than they had. We all know where the problems are,. The problem is the manager. He thinks they're wonderful. If we had gone for it today who knows? Instead we have to put up with our Liverpool loving mates who can't see how shite they are giving us shite!

The Kelly tackle on Ethertington after 5 minutes was a red card. The more I think about it...........

The Liverpool right back was obviously told to do a job on Etherington, which he did in the first 5 minutes,. In my opinion that tackle was bordering on a red card but he got away with it. Wilkinson and Whelan's yellows were nowhere near that in comparison.
My point is that take Etherington and Pennant out the equation we are knackered. We are as exciting as watching paint dry after them and that is against a team that was there for the taking.

Le Tiss at his peak should have played more games for England. The fact he didn't play for a fashionable club went against him. Where have I heard that before............

These guys know jack shit about footbal. They just have an opinion, just like we do. Only ours might be a bit more biased than there's. Having listened to what they have to say on a Sunday morning on Sky Sports and also having read a few of their columns I will make the following obsevations:
1. They do really well to pick up a wage for what the majority of them say. 2. They obviously haven't played football at any decent level 3. They have no coaching qualifications 4. They have a biased opinion on how the game should be played.
But don't worry about it. It's water off a ducks back to most of us by now. I just love it most weekends!

[Look mate, which ever way you cut the cheese it was at best a rash challenge. Given the circumstances that the club is held, it was the most stupidist thing one of our players could do. Not sure how many brain cells the bloke has but I'm guessing between zero and one.

I was at a dinner with Harry Redknapp last night and he said James was desperate to go to Tottenham but he couldn't guarantee him anything.

I was sat directly to the side of it in with the Spurs fans and they all said he dived and so did I! The one that worried me the most was when Crouch decided he was going to start throwing himself to the floor every time somebody got anywhere near him. Fortunately the ref was having none of it.
