It upsets me that i work with a scouse fan who has lived in Meir HER entire life, and supports the bin dippers because her son likes them, he's 22 I'd shut my mouth if i'd been 5 games in 10 years but she's my line manager....can't help myself though

I am technically a pie eater, born in Wigan. Lived with my grand parents in Talk Pits from a baby til I was 9. 1st Stoke game was v Man U, they had Best, Charlton etc etc, that's all I remember, but Stoke City got into my blood on that day so I will be forever grateful to that nameless bloke (a boyfriend of my mother I think) who took me. Never lived in or around Stoke since come back for the footie whenever I can.

Born in north staffs hospital but never lived in the potteries. My parents wanted me to be born in stoke even though it wasn't the closest hospital to home.

Born in glorious NUL, the Venice of the north.
Lived in Wolstanton and thereabouts til age 12, then Cyprus and all over until settling in NZ.
Stokie family, all the way back to Bill Rowley (1890s Stoke player and manager, England goalkeeper) so never stood a chance.

Was born in Manchester and raised (heaven forbid) a Man City fan, but after my parents divorced and I moved back to Stoke with my mum, my grandad starting taking me to games and I've grown up a Stoke fan ever since.
