Great win and don't want to be all doom and gloom but we are only 5 points clear of the drop. We play Chelsea and Tottenham next (I predict no points from these), this leaves a very tense game afterwards.
I reckon we are going to need to win at least 2 more to survive. I think we'll do it but not without horrendous worry and tension.
Thought Delap had a great game today. He gets criticised alot but deserves praise today

Got a couple of complimentary tickets last week for the West Ham game. Will these stubs be ok for getting tickets for the semi final ?

I tell you what there are such arseholes on this web site. The lad was asking a question and he gets a load of piss take and abuse. It might be simple to some people but to those who are not fully clued up with buying tickets it might not be. As fellow supporters why not try helping one another instead of constantly sniping.
This forum is rife with it. I follow England and on that forum fans help each other and with England you get fans from all over. On this we are all Stokies yet fear putting a post on here without some smart arse giving it the big one

i think we can argue all day about who should get what. I think the facts still remain that tickets will end up in the hands of people who have hardly been at all - all season. This always happens - you'll be sat with someone who will not have a clue who plays for who etc. I think we all have to accept this and just get on with it. At the end of the day you do what you have to do to get a ticket - and im sorry but if you miss out its just unlucky.

I think for an extra £50 they should get first choice of the tickets but still only 1 like the rest of us.

Yes correct - just because you pay an extra £50 ! I looked at that and thought the only reason I would want it is the first dibs at away tickets - but I concluded that Blackpool would be the only game ill struggle. I might still get a ticket for Blackpool and this will justify my non payment of £50.
I am sorry but by joining this scheme it has nothing to do with loyalty - just how much you are prepared or can afford to spend.

Im not so sure mate. 35 000 is alot of tickets - most people will get one, and do we know for sure its 1 ticket per 1 season ticket ? It might be 2

I know some people might not agree with taking the family as this will take up 3 seats for non regulars (I am season tick). My boy is not 4 yet and has never been. he wont have a clue what is going on and to be honest he will be a nuisance - but when he is older he could say he was there. What a great first game it would be too.
Not sure though at these prices though the tossers

I take it there is none for Kids. I would like to take my kids 7 and 4 and the mrs but bloody hell the cheapest this would be is £120 (and that does not include getting there, hotel, food, beer).
There should be concessions for kids the robbing bastards

We will win tomorrow and then beat Newcastle. Everyone will get a huge lift and people might even get off Tony's back.
Keep the faith - TP will take care of our club.

Thank you Clyde. This oatcake forum is something else. I follow England and go on the England forum far more than this one and considering on there its club fans from all over the country - everyone has decent banter and in the main gets on. On here good god - you risk abuse the minute you start a thread !

Its a Premier League season ticket. What if we get relegated will I have to take it back for a replacement, I mean 19 vouchers for the prem but 23 needed for the championship.
This could be very embarrassing for the club

Its such a great song and I have been singing this for at least 25 years now. In walkabout on sat in Wolverhampton a slower version was introduced - brilliant.
So the question is where and when did it start and what does it actually mean ?
Who will buy my bread, long ones short ones some as big as your head - it barely makes sense does it? or does it?

Volvic Stokie - "Walking down the road, about 200 Man United fans just all trying to kick it off on ONE bloke with a retro Stoke top on, we were all desperate to help him out, but the simple fact was, we would of been absolutely murdered, couldn't see any other Stoke fans around us at all, nor were any Police to be seen... Thank fully the Stokie didnt react and walked on, as did we - and he eventually got away from all of there knob heads. "
I think that was me !! top of Matt Busby way turning left ! I was so close to a beating - on my own in a retro top. Hundreds of them after me - I got grabbed by a Police Inspector who made me cover up my top and wait with him until I was safe. F*ckin madness. I was taking loads of verbal shit and then used my big mouth to shout carry on and you ll miss your f*ckin trainto London " - it was like a red rag to a bull then.
I was on my own - lost my mates and nearly paid with a right hiding. They are scum for this

Yeh good post . Liverpool are poor by their standards but they are not a poor side by ours. They played some good football at times better than what we can play. They have better footballers than us and have spent alot more money. They will still probably finish in the top 4 I think.
Yes they lost to Reading and again by their standards that is appalling.
They are 7th - higher than us therefore doing better than us.
For Liverpool they are poor however today was still a great result. Well done lads you showed good character

Nope no medal required - you provoked my response with the " new poster " comment as if to suggest I was a " new supporter ". I dont get on here much admitedly. You obviously do.
You know I am right. Yes I agree the 16k lot were a fickle bunch too like all supporters - but this current lot simply do not appreciate how well we have done.
