i may be being a bit thick here, but if you are only allowed 1 ticket per person, what if you want to take a family member, dad, son, sister etc.
How can you ensure that you can sit together? or is it tough luck.

If you want to sit by a non season ticket holder then you wait until the tickets go on general sale before buying - isn't that obvious? If all 21,000 season ticket holders are to be given an opportunity to go then, with only 32,000 tickets available, it is obvious that those who wish to sit by a non-season ticket holder will have to wait before they buy. How else could the club have arranged it?

Buy yours when they go on sale for your 'bracket' to make sure you, at least, have one. Then when they go on general sale, get there early and buy the multiple tickets for you and the others you're going with and return the ticket you had purchased at the earlier date.
That's what I'm going to do anyway.

It's one ricket ;D per person for a reason,if ST holders were allowed 2 per person then we would be selling 43,000 tickets on a allocation of 32,047

So if I want to get tickets for me (ST, Platinum), my dad (ST, Gold) and my son (non-ST, Silver) - I still have to wait until general sale when I can get all 3? Or can I go at the Silver stage and get all 3 - surely my son (9 year old) and Dad (in his 80's) don't have to stand around with me??

Not_Nick_H.
By my reckoneing you will be able to purchase all 3 at silver level. You don't need the other people there in person, just all the details etc.

I tell you what there are such arseholes on this web site. The lad was asking a question and he gets a load of piss take and abuse. It might be simple to some people but to those who are not fully clued up with buying tickets it might not be. As fellow supporters why not try helping one another instead of constantly sniping.
This forum is rife with it. I follow England and on that forum fans help each other and with England you get fans from all over. On this we are all Stokies yet fear putting a post on here without some smart arse giving it the big one

The main problem seems to be a stubborn insistence on not being able to understand the English language. How hard can it be to understand the information that a season ticket holder is allowed to buy 1 ticket? How on earth should that need to be explained to anyone?

Regardless, it seems apparent to me that 32,000 tickets for this match is not enough.
Demand will outstrip supply in this case. I can see us asking for more tickets.

I've got a question that I don't think has been answered yet - does anyone think there will be a limit on the number of tickets you can buy at one time on general sale?

Post by RINGO STARR on Mar 18, 2011 15:54:41 GMT
I would have thought that at general sale the same rule of 1 ticket per applicant will apply.
Surely.

Post by ladyinred on Mar 18, 2011 16:55:51 GMT
General sale - as said - one per applicant.
But, 1 person can physically purchase as many tickets as they like - as long as they have details of each applicant (and the applicant doesn't already have a ticket).

They should.
Either way, the ticket office will not be collecting physical stubs in. They will be asking for details of the person who attended the West Ham game, checking that they did on the system, then issuing a ticket accordingly.
