Funny you pick out Clarke and Bidace. How well did they do for us? I’m picking out the best wingers in the league this season, and the bench mark which they are setting. Your also picking out players who have played in England all there lives and not moved to a complete different country playing in probably the roughest league in the world with the level of physicality and number of games, something Andre will never have been used too. Cut the man some slack otherwise stump up the 5 million quid yourself for us to offset ffp and get this mythical 15 goal a season winger the rest of the clowns on here think we can sign. Absolute crazy.

Like what the fuck do stoke fans expect? He's 6 months down the line in a totally brand new country and has already bagged 5 goals. He's kicked off the park nearly every game, it will take him this season get used to the speed and number of games, same as ry. Some stoke fans are absolutely fucking embarrassing.

Massively underrated here and it’s been good to see him do so well. Under rated? He put more effort into visiting the shell garage with his mate Kurt than performing on the pitch, absolute useless waster.

He definitely waved an imaginary yellow card moronic from Thompson, ref had no choice However this type of offence should be dealt with by sin bins Save red cards for the really nasty stuff He had a choice and could’ve ignored it, but he is just following the rule book by showing the yellow and the subsequent red. It ruined the game but it’s not the fault of the ref, footballers should obey the rules, telling the ref to book a player never works anyway - he will make the decision himself. I can understand the frustration of Thompson but it’s daft, he had won the free kick. A lesser individual would’ve rolled around on the floor or feigned injury to try and get the player booked, which unfortunately works far more often than not and is something you never see players booked for. Thing is pal JT didn't even wave a card, he barely spoke to him.

Fair play to him after being out so long thought he did really well. Another one that SS might be able to reignite. I like the fact he’s not afraid of shooting. Hopefully we’ll get the old Baker back that joined us. I've banged the Baker drum for months and months because this is exactly what he offers us. We've never had a midfielder since Adam who's such a threat from.outside the box and actually got the bollocks to actually shoot. We don't have a 20 goal striker so need goals from everywhere.

Did Hamsta take them on the town? It’s not beyond the realms of possibility. I keep having flashbacks and it’s highly unpleasant. You sound like a good mate for waggy. Get sitting on his lap in that upper tier

Another absolute dogshit performance form him again yesterday. I'd rather we gave sidibe a chance over him.

We looked much more solid with him in the middle over Pearson. Pearson was absolute dogshit again, I'd get him gone before Baker. We really need a left back, keeper and another wide player imo.

I'm actually looking forward to watching us play again after years of absolutely dreading it. Early days for sure but big improvement so far. Exactly how I feel. It was feeling like a chore and total boredom watching games. Can actually say I've enjoyed watching the last 3 games, and that's all down to SS.

The general feeling is that the feel good factor is returning. I fully expected we would lose at home to the bottom side under AN. Now I expect us to beat Ipswich on NYD Bring it on. Certainly don't expect us to beat Ipswich - they're a top side and will probably be in the Premier League next season. A draw would be a great result. I don't think they will. I fancy Southampton get second and west brom or Leeds in play offs.

I never understand why managers play 4-3-3 when they don’t have a decent striker. Essential to the system is a really good central striker. We've persisted with it since relegation and struggled massively. Neither Mmaee or Wesley are anywhere near in my opinion and a striker who can do the job is an essential first signing. Both Wesley and Mmaee would probably benefit playing as a two up top but it seems old fashioned to do so nowadays. I hate to be critical of our own players but I am not seeing anything in Mmaee that suggests he can make it at this level. He seems to have a questionable attitude and loses the majority of his jewels. He hasn’t exactly shown the natural ability to score (I think both Campbell and Vidigal are more natural goal scorers). His hold up play is also pretty poor in the majority of games I have seen. Birmingham was probably his best game so maybe there’s hope yet but I think a striker is a major priority for January. Played his best game since signing against Birmingham because we have a manager who doesn't shit himself and you "don't see anything in his game"? His attitude is fine, he's moved to another country less than a year ago in a total different environment same as Vidigal and yet we have some absolute clueless stoke fans questioning both of them. His movement is very good and he's also a very good finisher, surely your not THAT stupid to not be able see that?

I still think we can get a better centre back than him. If he was any good kompany would have him around the place. McNally's a bit old for the comparison but we loaned out Souttar several times and he was good. Obviously kompany knows defenders but we can't know for sure if he thinks McNally will have what it takes yet. I'd take him if we could. Mate kompany has dara o.shea starting for him in the PL and he couldn't get in the West brom side. If he rated mcnally he would be starting that's for sure.

We're priming him so he'll be in top form for our rivals next season. He's getting better but illustrates why we should avoid this type of signing. At the start of the season he was unproven at this level and his inconsistent performances have cost us dearly. He's now getting better but it's too late for us to have a good season. We can only hope to avoid relegation. But he'll be in good form when he faces us next season I still think we can get a better centre back than him. If he was any good kompany would have him around the place.

He's OK and would make a decent squad player. Let's be honest, if he was any good he would be at Burnley playing for them. If kompany one of the best centre halves to have played the game doesn't rate him then I trust his judgement.

Luton have got themselves a decent little side together. Pace all over the pitch, hardworking and strong. Then they let barkley pull the strings in middle.

That is pretty much bon on with those, question is how long did that take for you write BM? Every player you say you'd keep I'm the same and I'd say majority of stoke fans feel the same

He was a shining light in an otherwise dark damp basement. Rolls Royce at times 1 in 4 record, same as Campbell. We need more goals in the side. To be fair, as in the game there, they got some quality blocks in and hopefully he'll become a regular again We can barely score a goal as it is yet we have some "fans" who don't want him playing. We need goals from midfield ffs. Who was the last midfielder we had who was a genuine goal threat from.outside the box? Adam? Get Baker playing ffs.

Said it when he signed and I'll say it again, he's played the majority of his career for bang average bottom half fodder Preston, always will be a plodder. If he was any good he certainly wouldn't have been at Preston, in fact I think he's actually worse than Preston (if that's possible) the sooner Alex gets another job and takes him and his waster mate Ben with him the better. Looked 10x better in midfield yesterday without him and no stupid fouls around the box.

Burger was superb and showed the hapless Pearson exactly how to play a DM role without ridiculous bullshit bookings or backing out of 50/50 tackles. He should be binned off in January and his wages used for a proper box to box midfielder that can be arsed, leaving Burger where he is. Laurent and Baker are both better than Pearson. He's absolute terrible and everytime he gets the ball it's either backwards or sideways. He makes Joe Allen look like a prime pirlo.

With a manager who plays ATTACKING football we won't need anyone protecting the back 4 and passing sideways. Oh dear...have you learnt nothing from watching our midfield since whelan left. If you have two box to box midfielders you don't need someone sitting. We will hopefully now be dominating the ball and playing front foot football. Pearson is not needed, and even when he's played this season he's been a massive disappointment. Hopefully Neil gets a new job before January and comes in for him and Johnson.

I'd have him over laurent and Pearson that's for sure. Infact I think Baker and burger would work very well together. Baker is a completely different player to Pearson, I wouldn't pick him in a defensive role, if he plays it's up the other end of the pitch to where Pearson would be.

Is it too late to change our minds Why would he jump straight into another job? He will be getting paid every week same as every other sacked manager so will coin it in for 2 years before making his next decision.
