Being linked with a return to England with Manchesters fave dumpster-fire club.
‘Choupo-Moting notably previously spent a year in the Premier League with Stoke City. After scoring just five goals during their relegation season, he landed on his feet as he joined French giants PSG on a free transfer before heading to Bayern Munich in 2020.’
A cheeky ‘ten mill and all the cheese and bacon oaties you can eat’ offer?
”Knows the club”

Obviously a good player in there, under a shroud of 'massive fanny', so on balance, it's a 'no' from me.

Massively underrated here and it’s been good to see him do so well.

Massively underrated here and it’s been good to see him do so well. Under rated? He put more effort into visiting the shell garage with his mate Kurt than performing on the pitch, absolute useless waster.

Choupo-Moting Joselu and Crouch, all slagged off as crap by the Stoke's footballing oracles

You don't play for massive clubs like Bayern, PSG and Stoke City if you're useless.

Just because he wasn’t Arnie he was slated. He scored 5 goals in his first season in the English top flight which for someone who wasn’t used to the game here and not better than what he replaced was a decent return. A damn good footballer that sadly we signed at the wrong time.

You don't play for massive clubs like Bayen, PSG and Stoke City if you're useless. He was fucking hopless in English football because he's such a fanny like Joselu and probably how Mmaee will end up. If he comes back to England he'll flop again.

He's clearly a decent footballer. He's clearly more interested in sitting on the bench and earning the biggest bucks he can get than he is in actually playing every week. Both can be true at once.
Never moved for a transfer fee in his career yet, always moves on a Bosman when his contract expires. Definitely in cahoots with his agent to get both of them the biggest signing-on fees they can possibly get. Decent work if you can get it, I'm sure.

All of them have in common that if there is a battle to be had they'll go out of their way to avoid it. It's just a fact, far better players than them have not been able to adapt ie Morrata(?sp)

So started half the games But yes your right he wasn’t great to start with Yup, Moting played an extra 2 games with 6 more starts than Arnie, scoring 5 assisting 5 which isn't a bad return at all given the state we were in and his first season. He did well for us.

He did well for us. He suffers from being compared to the player that Arnie became- an absolute beast of a player with an ability to turn games on their head on his own. Added to which I think he came in along with that absolute tit Jesse (or whatever his name was) and both were heralded as though we had got ourselves a real transfer coup. Unfortunately with the rest of the team in decline and Jesse being a massive tit and fanny to boot he didn't really stand a chance as being viewed in any kind of real positive light. I thought he was a decent enough player, but in no way did I see him going on to the level he did.

Scoring 5 in the shit team we had in the relegation season coupled with a manager clearly at war with the owners was some feat.
