The NHS should be for 'proper' things... People suffering with cancer or other such terrible things, people who've been in car crashes or other horrible accidents... I shouldn't need to draw up a list, you all know the kind of things I mean. What the NHS should NOT be for is people wanting a nose job or some shit to help them look like some fucking celebrity, people who've been fucking idiots & done stupid things, example off the top of my head someone who is pissed up & been dicking about on top of something, fell off & broke their leg... By all means treat them, but they should be charged for it afterwards. (The latter example I mean - The dickhead wanting a nose job for vanity reasons can pay upfront) NO NHS treatment for foreigners untill they have lived AND worked here for ten years. There are so many simple things we can do to make the NHS great again, and to make it something that looks after the poorest & most needy British citizens... But like with anything else nowadays we have to shit all over the British people in most need so that we can help 'politically correct' causes instead. "Oh we know that a 70 year old who has paid into the system all their lives needs a new hip, but they'll just have to wait 'cos this 25 year old man who thinks he's a woman needs some bullshit treatment first. Stop being so Transphobic". "Oh we know that your child can't get into their local school but all these foreign children help us reach our quota. Stop being so xenophobic". "Oh we know that British citizen who has worked all his life & landed on hard times needs a council house, but this 38-year old 'child' refugee is far more deserving of it. You're such a racist". The country needs a right good shake up from the top to the fucking bottom. We've got complete & utter fucking idiots in all the important positions who can actually do something about the state of the country. judging by this post i'd argue political correctness as you put it is vital.

I completely understand that not everything is perfect - we are a mid-table club so they won't be - but the constant negativity posted by a minority both on here and Twitter is amazing really! The Twitter thing is incredible. Many seem to have some sort of unfounded sense of superiority to the point that they ridicule this MB but to my mind there's no difference between stuff on here and on there. I've never known such crying and bitching about players who they think should be starting and how they castigate players that do. Basically the nub of Stoke Twitter is that Hughes is the anti to Imbula's Christ. Imbula is the god of fiery leopards and should be treated as such.

The whole situation is a farce.
For a start they don't even check you properly most of the time, It's a gentile pat on your jacket.
And that number of people waiting outside must be a safety hazard.
They need to put some sort of fence with doors just outside the turnstiles, that could enable them to then get more people searching fans, who once past the fence can then go into the turnstile.

They could probably get 25,000 crowds in the.top flight if they moved grounds. So these sort of crowds shouldn't come as a surprise. When they were last in the Premier League (2009/10) their HIGHEST league attendance was against Spurs, a massive 20,821. Admittedly that was at Fratton Park, but in reality they aren't really that big a club, just a nucleus of hard core fans. perhaps so, but goes a long way to explaining why they still get 16,000 crowds in League Two.

mix of things I reckon, when our 2nd went in I nearly didn't stand up to celebrate.
We aren't challenging/fighting anything, so stumbling towards the end of the season.

1-1 draw today.
Better day for them with Swindon, Oldham & Bury losing.
4 points behind Oldham in 20th with 3 games in hand.

Apparently the ground is worth £10m and if they were promoted they'd be getting close to 20,000 crowds!
According to Norwegians interested in the club. Incredible.

Bang on. We're a disappointment in progress right now. Pejic has been a top professional International footballer, he has been involved with football at all levels most of his adult life a well respected figure who gave his all for our club, in short he knows his onions what he has seen is pretty much what most supporters who know anything about football have seen. He is also a big supporter of his club maybe Mark and his team should take note of what he is saying. It is possible for people to have played the game at a high level and to also have really poor opinions on the game.

Pejic has always identified the problem, I'll give it to him but it's what he says afterwards which is the problem. Can't blame the British players, always the foreign ones. Always the foreign ones.

How does he manage to blame the foreign players atter last week's debacle?

Looks like this is more a case of bad management (gone from top of League 1 to League 2 relegation battle after all) than merely just not getting people through the gates.

But it's not happy days really is it? Had we lost the game today by the same scoreline but thrown everything at it from start to finish, then you just accept the superior quality of a team like Spurs and take some comfort from the fact that we had a go. I'm ever the optimist but I'm far from happy. Our team were embarassing and it pissed me right off. I don't want Hughes to go but he must have a major rethink in the Summer and we're desperate for pace! I'm gutted..... don't really know what to say right now so I'll quit while I'm ahead. Just want to feel proud of the lads again 😔 Nahhh its not happy days it was much better when we were getting hammered at Wigan or Forest or Birmingham slaughtering us at home. Yes I enjoyed those days much more. It's not a comparison

You can look at it in two ways
Either he's not getting in the team because of hughes' agenda, must be surely he's better than Charlie Adam?
Or he's not in the team cause he's not putting in the training, which in that case why did Hughes spend £18m on the bloke?

How is it happy days?
We don't compete with the top sides anymore, many of them now thrash us.
We scrap our way past poorer sides, often in the dullest way possible.
We made a complete mess of the two cup competitions this season.

Should be said that a lot of those London MPs will represent very poor areas, even Corbyn's 'metropolitan' constituency has some of the poorest areas of the country. Corbyn has only been there two years.Very safe seat.Perfect for a Labour leader thats why its his constituency 33 years?

Seeing people talk about how the left/liberals 'don't accept democracy', well if Labour win tomorrow let's see how many 'it was the muslim vote' and 'postal votes' shouts we see.

The whole Western World is moving that way Gods - open the fridge and smell the (fairtrade) coffee So how come real investment goes to liberal, open places like London and the silicon valley in california? Get angry and insular by all means but it won't bring a single extra job. The BNP's 'success' a few years back in stoke apparently drove investment away from the area, the city is still playing catchup with some of its rivals as a result. That's not to put BNP & UKIP in the same boat as such, but voting for UKIP tomorrow will do nothing, other than give Labour a bloody nose.

Seeing as London has 73 MPs and Stoke will soon have only 2 its no surprising they have never cared and they never will.Stoke will not change, ever. They wont invest why should they? Should be said that a lot of those London MPs will represent very poor areas, even Corbyn's 'metropolitan' constituency has some of the poorest areas of the country.

Voted Labour. Let's hope that dickhead doesn't win. You gave that dick head a vote though?....oh you mean the other dick head? Wait I'm confused. I think the Labour candidate is bit of a dickhead, but he gets my vote anyway. God forbid Paul Nuttall & UKIP celebrating

Just watched the Newsnight special on BBC 2.
Fuck me, anyone would think Bentilee covered half the constituency. Featured in so many reports, why not come to Trent Vale or Stoke town for once?
Also saying the '6 towns of Stoke' I mean come on really?
I know stoke on trent is a shithole, but they're making it out to be a completely barren place. We do have some good things about us like.

Taking the credit for what the last Labour council started. Making decisions which the last labour council tried their hardest not to make. Bit of a mess rally (my own opinion) Oh I see, what was letting down the people of Stoke 18 months year ago is now making tough decisions The biggest (but not exclusive) enemy to the people of Stoke in these past 40 years has been the dogmatic, heartless monetarist policies of Thatcher in the 80s and the vicious austerity of the 2010's with the Tories asking the weakest in society to pay for the gluttony of their mates in the City. I think the local tories have actually benefited from these austerity cuts in a way, they were blamed on the Labour council who had to carry them out. That's allowed the Tories to sweep in and with the help of the idiotic Independents they run the council. Quite a lot of people who say that the Tories are 'sorting Labour's mess' but at the same time are absolutely furious when public services are cut.
