Is it just frustration Bayern or are ego's clashing?
After the Birmingham game when Kenwyne scored it looked on the highlights that no one seemed to go to him to celebrate!
Might of seen it wrongly but I get the feeling there are quite a few individuals out there instead of a team.

Just watching body language and the little falling outs on/off field makes you feel something is not quite right at the moment!
I just don't think the players look a tight knit group anymore, what's your general feeling about morale etc?

From what I recollect there was a crush outside queuing to get into the ground and a second crush at the top of the stand as the fans rushed up the steps into the stand and the fans in front had to move down to make room to let them into the terracing. That's how I remember it but it was 24 years ago and is a bit hazy.

Mcdanger I certainly got stuck in a crush near the butty hut which led to several stokies climbing up onto it's roof and jumping across into the other stand, one thing I can remember was someone up the floodlight not sure if it was TJ, was it a draw in the end I can't quite remember?

This was the replay after coming back from 3:1 down with ten minutes go to draw 3:3 at the Vic. Was there a hold up on the motorway or roads going in that made us all late. I remember me, my dad and my brother travelling in car and we had to abandon the car down one of the streets which was triple parked if I can remember right, as the match was kicking off or nearly kicking off. We had all queued through the one turnstile and just as we had paid to get in, we were at the top of the terraces, if I remember right you walked up to the top of the stand coming in from the back. Just as we were it the top hundreds of stoke fans poured up the steps causing a crush in the terraces as the main gates had been opened and they all came in for free. It was quite a scary time, we were the luckier ones as we were at the top of the terraces but those lower down felt the full surge of the incoming fans.
I also remember crushes at Liverpool away in the cup when a wall collapsed and they would not let us into an empty part of the stand, we had to watch the match in the exit area.
Then at the Moss Rose against Chester in the cup(not in the cup away match 1991-1992 season) I think Mickey T played that game. The police would not let us into the other empty stand until there was a lot of protesting and they relented.

The percentage of black british people is 3.5%
92 clubs * 3.5% = 3.22
So by percentages of poulation it's about the same.
Not sure what the percentage is of black players are though.

To be fair, he had virtually zero service today. We know he can be a beast in the air at times but I don't think he received a general cross in his direction all game. It was a bad performance all round and i don't think he deserves picking out more than anyone else. I thought Arnie did a few but KJ just wasn't there.

I've got a really good feeling about this guy, he looks pacey, hungry and has talent. Thought he was one of the better players today especially as he was one of the few who passed forwards and not backwards. I thought even big dave bamber would have looked impressive up front today if he had got a game and he was woeful for us!

I've had it happen too but only when using a mobile. Found the reason to be the pop up ad bar thingy at the bottom of the page. It moves up the screen when you are scrolling down the page, because it moves up the page also sometimes you catch it with your finger and that directs you too those dodgy sites! Then they just keep popping up till you close the browser!

I thought what sparked it was when Cranson stopped it on the line and they thought they had scored. Oh and being peed off with the tackle earlier on the keeper by Bertie and then the ref allowing Barnes to continue and score!
Certainly a very crazy day especially getting back to the car blue shirts everywhere, only saw one police officer and it was a woman with a dog if I remember correctly.

If you told me that Stoke City would be back in the top flight of English football I would not have believed you.
In my lifetime after the dark days in the lower divisions I never thought I would see Stoke City back in their rightful place.
Even signings of a million pounds were fanciful.
I would just like to say a big thank you to Tony Pulis a man who I honestly didn't see getting us top flight football.
I wish you all the best even though I wasn't your biggest fan you did a great job.
If only you didn't clash so much with the players and make strange decisions when on top.
History will remember you as a pivotal manager in our rise.

Just because Whelan isn't playing well it's not his fault we lost today.
You have to supply the forwards if they are to score as well as command the midfield and that is down to many players not just one.
You had another bad game Glenn but others did too!

I can't remember him backing down over Carl Hoefkens, I thought he dropped him for an unfit Andy Griffin after Carl returned from playing for Belgium (against his wishes). Then after constantly playing a poor Andy Griffin the tide changed and fortune changed when if I remember right Griffin got injured and so enforced changes. It wasn't through any change of heart.
Maybe we'll get a similar twist soon!
