I don't actually watch anything now at home.
No mainstream,no SKY/BT,no NETFLIX and no KODI etc.
If the wife left tomorrow the TV would follow her.
Is there anyone else that feels like I do??

i find this confusing !! i put a thread up awhile back saying the Fail were losing and i got a reply saying this irrelevent to the board !! so, how come Peter Wyngarde is relevent to this board ? Was he a Stoke fan, or born in Stoke ? or eating weetabix for that matter i dont get it Football on the main board-everything else on here. It isn't hard to work out.

Four degrees max and 80% chance of heavy rain throughout the game tomorrow. Wrap up warm and dry, folks. The full Waggy then?
Damart under garments, tartan rug and a ten gallon Bovril flask.
I dress like this even during August!

It'd be interesting to see if these 5 team actually had 20 points though. Probably not-but conceding 50 is not good whichever way you look at it. We are the only team in the top 5 European leagues to concede 50 so far.

You can tell he's a player on loan. Doesn't want to put his foot in and get hurt. None of them do. And that’s the real problem. First goal, no challenge from choupo when he commits to coming inside. Second goal, pussyfooting from wimmer and zouma. Twice Allen failed to stop dangerous breaks by dangling a pathetic leg instead of taking a fucker the fuck out. Tackling, tackling, tackling. It is the very fucking core of our problems. We don’t win them in the middle, allowing us to turn over possession in dangerous areas, and we don’t win them in defence, allowing time and space to aim, connect and fire in good shots on goal. Even off the top of my head, brighton’s First and and Huddersfield goal. Conceded due to outrageously amateurish tackling. There are many many more examples but those are the worst two. And they are 4 points given away. Wimmer wasn't even on the pitch for the second goal! Let's get our facts right.

Exactly my thoughts John.
Get him in and give him either an experienced director of football or 2nd in command.
McClaren would be my choice for the 2nd in command.Knows the players in the top 2 divisions and is a good coach(though not such a good number 1).
If it fails it fails but he must be a better bet than Lambert?

I certainly know that when I worked for the NHS that they shot themselves in the foot other nurse's pay. They thought the way to save money was to not pay out overtime at time and a half, and ask nurse's to go on the bank and pick up extra shifts that way. Thus being paid at normal rate or just above. When the NHS found out that they were short of staff they started to use agencies-thus alot of their nurse's now started to pick up shifts with the agencies instead of picking them up on the bank.Capitalism at it's best. Spot on mate. On a slight tangent I can’t see that the problem with the NHS is all about money. My Dad has recently had a ten day stay in hospital and I can only say that his care was fucking shocking. He had 4 pressure sores when he was discharged and the nursing care was abysmal. They did their level best to finish him off, by giving him the wrong medication and by starving the poor fucker. My parents both spent their working life in the NHS, as did my grandparents. To see them being let down by it now is disappointing to say the least. I honestly think the problem now Craig is that some so called professional people don’t really care anymore. I did see this when I was in last year Paul. The diabetic nurse came round and saw me and told me about taking my bloods and doing my injections. When some of the ward agency nurse's did my injections-I questioned how they did them.I might as well have been talking to the wall.Even when I was being discharged a nurse was telling me how to do them (I had never seen her before!) and the ward staff were telling her I was a nurse and knew what to do. Sometimes you can't make it up.
