Including the playing side The Villa had about 1,600 on the books, like I've said before we are set up to be a top 6 club in every aspect, stadium, hospitality, training ground, marketing etc, but with one exception the most important one the team Never mind , there's the Burton Albion Derby to look forward to .....I think they have 16 running them .... I was born in Burton and never thought I would see the day the Albion would move from their little ground to a new stadium and play in the Championship against Derby. After Stoke I always looked for the Albion and Stafford Rangers results .I really hope Cloughy can take them up and then hopefully Stafford Rangers can also climb the leagues.

Pochettino's most basic philosophy........'You are a professional footballer, you need to work hard, very hard. You work the hardest when you don't have the ball, you work for the team. Â Please name the stoke players who fit into this category tonight. I'm very interested to be educated on this one. Afellay and not a single other. [ Whelan never stopped trying and was the last defender for the third

Ireland is clearly off in the summer. Adam and Crouch most probably will be too. Why not put at least one of Shenton/Lecygne/Telford/Moha on the bench? I'm with you 100%. If we don't blood them they won't hang around.

Does anybody know what our scouting network is like on a global front? I'm talking more about lower league players as we seem to do ok with youth players.

Venting is an important part of being a supporter but next weekend we will all be right behind the team again. It's happened this way for years but now with blogs it's immediate feedback either way. So tonight lets get it off our chests and move on. I'm sure that even though the players earn a shit load they will be very pissed off as they drive home tonight. As I have saying for weeks let's blood some youth now even if it's on the bench.

its been an incredibly up and down year and with so many of the so called big teams slipping our expectations were higher than usual. Also with Leicester doing well we wanted more.To finish eighth would be an improvement on last year and with a few additions to the squad and less injuries next year Europe would most certainly be a possibility.

In the new balance outlet in Sydney you can only buy Liverpool gear. Yes. Same in Melbourne. I'm able to buy Villa and Newcastle shirts in Rebel Sports as well...but no Stoke shirts anywhere. It costs 21 pounds in postage to buy from the club shop . I have complained but they don't give a shit. It only costs anywhere from 8-12 Pounds in postage if I buy from the uk on eBay. Unfortunately I don't get back to Stafford and Stoke that often. If Stoke had a commercial bent they would be looking after their fans from oseas to promote their club globally. There are quite a few Stokies in Australia

The romance will continue next year in the champions league. They may need to buy a few players for next season. His much do you get for winning the league?

What happened to Traore? Still injured? Does he have a clause in his contract if they go down and do we want him?

Players have always got stick. TC in his book copped grief many times. The only difference now is the immediacy of the blogs compared with writing a letter two days later. In the heat of the moment people fire up and then by the time the letter is written have calmed down.

What have Swansea got under their shirts at the back? Maybe a device that measures how far they have run etc.

Paul Richardson's goal at Notts County and the play off semi at Cardiff Being there with 14,000 Stokies at Notts County, the crowd surge when they scored, best feeling ever and then getting the train back to Uttoxeter with my late grandad was special

Haguaard imptessed me pre season and I'm sure will be upto it. The only negative I see is after his taste of first team action is keeping him happy on the bench next season. It will be good experience for the lad and if Butland wants to leave down the track we will know if Haguaard is upto it.

On the BBC site: 'An injured Jack Butland gifted Toni Kroos Germany's opener before being taken off on a stretcher' I just watched the highlights. How can Jack be blamed? The defence let Kroos run and run without any challenge. I'm sure if fit he would have saved it but it was no way gifted to him. I don't also see anybody criticise the defence for the second goal when again nobody challenged the striker. Chin up Jack. You are young and this is a minor setback and you have years ahead of you. Speedy recovery.

I know I would have trouble sleeping and eating. Spend hours everyday studying the form guide's, the table and fixture list. Match days would be spent on top of a hill where there was no phone signal and no radio. I would have a heart attach listening to a live game. In fact with seven games to go I would bugger off and live with a tribe deep in the Amazon until the season was over! haha. I agree it would be squeaky bum time every week. I hope they win and smash the southerners.

Walters always plays best after being rested and was brilliant today. Whelan was immense and was involved in everything. Great team effort and really happy Joselu played as the striker.

It only seems 5 mins since we were getting promoted to the Prem League and Leicester were going down to division 1. It's s great story for them and I hope that they break the southern and north west stranglehold and score a win for the midlands

I read on one of the posts we should give a few youngsters experience in the last few weeks of the season. I'm certainly not against this idea but are there any younger players that are close to being selected for the match day squad? I have watched Shenton play and he looks good
