Up there with that Wolves flag in the away end when we played Valencia? in Europe. What's the point? Up there with the Stoke fan in the away end at Old Trafford with a Chelsea shirt last game of the season 2010, Man Utd losing the title to Chelsea . Yep. Disown!

I think you may underestimate his love for Stoke and his relationship with Peter Coates. I get why you would say "conflict of interests and a dereliction of duty to his employers." but you could argue that about asking a company for an employee's C.V. I think you could be harm your reputation or even be fraudlulent if you didn't disclose or fabricate a C.V. to get a employer out or indeed stay put. It’s not really the same thing is it? And again, this was something that could have impacted on West Brom’s season. Pulis was, rightly for someone in his position, always seeking backing in the transfer market. £12m could have really beefed up their transfer budget, given that West Brom weren’t exactly known for going wild of their own accord. On the same day we signed Berahino they signed Livermore, very much a Pulis-type player, for a very similar fee, I just can’t see Pulis jeopardising his transfer budget for a member of his immediate family, let alone Peter Coates. Yes I do get that, and he would have wanted him gone, he would have told PC what he thought though.

Just the opposite, he's told me about this and I don't want to repeat it but I will say, T.P. loves Stoke and always will. If Peter or John Coates would have called him about any player, he would tell him the truth. He respects Stoke and the Coates family so much. I’m not saying he doesn’t care about the club. If anyone had come in with a silly money offer for a waster he couldn’t give away he’d have been delighted, that’s my point. Any manager would. I don’t believe for a second he’d have advised us not to sign him, it would have been a conflict of interests and a dereliction of duty to his employers. His thoughts on Saido were interesting. If only we'd asked his opinion before spunking a fortune on the biggest waste of space to have ever pulled on a Stoke shirt. He must've laughed his cock off, and who could blame him. Just the opposite, he's told me about this and I don't want to repeat it but I will say, T.P. loves Stoke and always will. I personally (even before Wasps current demise) would have liked see Coventry promoted to the premier league for 1 season, buy the ground back, then send Wasps packing back to fucking London. No wonder they are in a financial state with decisions like that, moving them out of London from where they were based for 90 odd years? How was that allowed to happen anyway? Madness for Coventry FC and Wasps! Did Covenrty ever own the Ricoh Arena? I thought they've always leased it and wasps stepped in when the then owners were in trouble? Don't think they did to be honest, but it was quite clearly a football stadium for Coventry City. Still pisses me off that a rugby club would move move to Coventry from London because it was an easy fix for them. It's clearly not good for their (wasps) fans and put the football club in a useless position. I've changed my opinion since my first post. I hope they get to the Prem for a few seasons, then a build a new stadium and leave the current one to rot on their greedy owners. Think were looking at building a new 20,000 seater with Coventry University not long back.

Think he's talking bollocks on the fish and chip point.
I've had dinner in the canteen with players after training and the food is first class. Exactly as you'd expect for a then premier league football team, it's all boiled veg, roast chicken, boiled rice etc., and there was a veggie option, and no fatty foods.
This was in the Pulis era, but doubt Hughes came in and told staff we to serve up fish and chips!!

TP told me he thought it was going to be Moyes. Worth pointing out most on here wouldn't have wanted Moyes, he's proved his worth since but hindsight and all that. You mean like Nathan Jones has proved his worth since he went back to Luton? What Moyes is doing at WHU is no indication of whether he'd have been a successful appointment for Stoke he's failed at other clubs. Wasn't for one second saying he would have been a hit or not. I'm just saying he was one of the merry go round managers at the time. Allardyce, Moyes, T.P., Him at Newcastle who's name escapes me?! Hodgson. I think more Stokies wanted something new like Nathan Jones, maybe he was Jones was right man, wrong time. Who knows? Dead wood playing staff has killed our managers more than their managerial talent.

Didn't Moyes himself allude to being approached by a Premier league club but he had only recently taken a short term deal at West Ham ? The timing seemed to narrow that down to one club . It was no secret PC was an admirer and if our timing had been better I reckon he'd have come. oatcakefanzine.proboards.com/thread/299927/david-moyesYeah - BBC and Guardian both reported it. He'd accepted the job, but we changed our mind after the Darren Fletcher inspired 1-0 win at Watford. TP told me he thought it was going to be Moyes. Worth pointing out most on here wouldn't have wanted Moyes, he's proved his worth since but hindsight and all that.

Scott was worst I've seen, or maybe Paul Stewart.
But Scott got us the brilliant Sheron, so Stewart wins this one.

What is the vaccination take up of the Stoke and Championship players?
If it's 50/50 there's no fucking suprise is there. I think Prem platers now over 60% but that's taken ages to get to.

Rather Arsenal, Man United and Newcastle come down, even though that would cause us problems next year. (unless promoted obviously)

Got to say Im starting to love em and not only for their ECO stance.Forest Green owner Dale Vince didnt go into the Carlisle board room last weekend because of a dress code that stipulates "ties must be worn ". He sat in the stand with the fans. Vince says he will "mirror dress code policy" which means Carlisle directors need to turn up in jeans and trainers to enter the Forest Green boardroom in the return fixture in January. Everyone to their own Personally I think he comes across as a egotistical hypocritical dick Whilst complaining about having to wear a tie he’s then prepared to demand a dress code from others Exactly I'd go in a suit and a bowler hat, and sit/stand with 'the fans'!
