From what ive seen this season and just recently , then my vote would be to make Joselu our main frontman . He looks more clinical than anyone else and deserves an extended run . Furthermore I think it would mean better continuity where it matters most and that is up front . Players around and behind him would also have a greater awareness of his positional play and runs onto through balls . Playing the likes of Walters and Diouf only serves to swap and change the system and makes for fragmented continuity . Walters is far too slow and cannot make the decisive runs required . He needs putting out to grass in Hoylake .

I think the signing of Huth has had a big part to play in their success .... Whereas we signed Wolfsheid ... Id have the big man back tomorrow .....and he doesn't wear girlie gloves either ... Huth also has the advantage of not running like Dale Winton, however be careful stating the obvious the usual suspects will be along to give you what for Ha ha ha....but yes He does ....an obvious target for the elbow of an 'alpha male' . We could a lot better than Dale Wolfscheid ...

I bet you wouldn't swap their current league position though mate ? I'd rather progress slowly than nearly get relegated and go on a one season wonder run. I doubt they will be anything special next season, and if they are, then hats off to them. The way it's going though just screams failure next season. When you go from rock bottom to the top that quick you can only go backwards really. Not not sure about that to be honest . Winning the Premiership is the ultimate accolade no matter how quickly yo do it . When you consider that it's Leicester who are there at the top , then it makes it that bit more special . They have ripped up the rule book in the faces of the top six and shown it is possible . A lesson to us all .....A benchmark to aim for ....

Leicester won't be anywhere near as fortunate next season. I'd rather have our team than theirs. I bet you wouldn't swap their current league position though mate ?

Bojans current run of form does not deserve a run in the side . Until he improves substantially then I'd keep Affelay in the team as we have done just recently . Dioulasso seems another one who can't command a definite place in the team .

We do have better service into the box these days , but still don't have the cutting edge . This is the difference between 10th spot and a top six finish .....and yes with the players we have and with the investment put in , then we should go that last step .
Next season we could be the new Leicester if we get Shawxross back and with a new "Vardy" up front ....
We may have to dig deep though to get one ....

Woolscheid is mentally ill. Yes ....and if he keeps wearing Girlie woolly gloves then he'll end up getting tackled from behind .... It creates the wrong impression and leaves a bad taste .

I agree with most of what you say there Ric,bug for me democracy is something that should nor be given away ,so is more important than any of the other issues, to be able to decide for yourself. For me, of course we can survive on our own. In fact we need to start to get a bit more self confidence and entrepreneurship, in a truly global sense. The EU is quickly seeming like an old hat out of date inward looking institution. What is the future for the EU, withot our membership? Are all the citizens really united behind this self serving body, which is extending it's powers beyond trade? The other thing which no one seems to have touched on , is that if we vote out on the back of a strong anti immigration mandate then how many immigrants will the new government then allow in ? What will THEY decide on our behalf ? This won't be a democratic decision by the people ...this will be done by our MPs and government lobbyists . Having said all that , you are quite right ...we do then need to expand our horizons and invest in our young people to teach them the skills that we have previously imported from abroad on the cheap . We are talking about Doctors , nurses , engineers , teachers etc. Etc . it's no good retaining your own democracy if you then fail to address the issues of the last 40 years . We will have to look inwards to our youth for all this to work . The problem is that I don't think that we have thought about this enough or appreciated the vast cost of re-energising our own workforce into a dynamic entity capable of taking on and competing with the rest of the world . We need to hit the ground running and make the most of this grand new opportunity that potentially could set us apart from the rest of Europe and all for the right reasons ....

Democracy is the real reason that we should leave the EU, not immigration. I wish that the Labour party would grasp this, not only do we need to leave, we need to reform the voting system, which is outdated and keeps the self interested powerful in control and likewise the ridiculous House of Lords Well.....To be honest there's half a dozen major headline reasons to consider in my opinion . Immigration is arguably the most popular or unpopular one depending on how you look it . Democracy is singly the most important because it covers all subjects and in this respect I suppose you are correct . I think as the run up to the referendum looms up on the horizon more reasons or arguments will be brought under the spotlight for political debate . I also believe that your social standing and that of your peers is also likely to have major impact on how we vote . I actually think that a large part of the "out " campaigners will come from the poorer labour supporters . I don't believe for one minute that they will follow the advice given by Corbyn , but will instead vote accordingly to what they think is best for them and the country in general . Many blame cheap foreign migrants for stealing their jobs and as a result will only be too keen to show their feelings on the matter . Similarly , the Tory party is also split , but for different reasons . I suspect we are talking about people who in the main fear being ostracised from the European Union and all the trade agreements that are currently in place . If we do leave then all these type of issues will have to be resolved in an amicable way if our departure is going to be a successful one . i suppose the best advice in how to decide is to write down on separate cards the pros and cons and then place them down on a table and count up which pile has the greater number ...The 'in' pile or the 'out pile. There is little doubt that the pound will lose some of its value which again can be assessed in different ways , but if this does happen as predicted then at least our exports abroad will be cheaper . We will see some businesses relocating such as the car manufacturers who will obviously assess and calculate the labour costs along with the overall viability of their manufacturing process . Its all swings and roundabouts at the moment , but some of you will be pleased to learn that the government will be bringing out a help sheet to help you decipher the nitty gritty of the economic complexities suffice to say that I expect there to be an element of misinformation included in order for the 'in vote ' to have a distinct advantage ....if you follow my drift . If on the other hand you want to simply take the short cut approach in deciding the countries future , then a simple maths test is the easiest way . We currently pay in £ 5 Billion more than we receive ...so obviously thats an out vote ...but then you have to think about the effect of us voting out . How many jobs will be lost in our economy . Can we survive on our own , safe in the knowledge that if we do leave ,then we will never be allowed back in ...

All paedophiles are scum, the difference between the two scenarios is that one was carried generally by individual sexual predators, the other was carried out by gangs of organised sexual predators on the streets of our country and know about in the local communities as a whole, I agree with you about the victims in all paedophile cases, I also think that there will be many more of these cases due to how the male muslim community view young white females. Agree with your opening comment and your final one Carps, but do you really think that some of the Catholic Church's vile acts weren't often organised and known of in their own communities also? If I may answer your point .....yes no doubt that they were organised in some instances , but again that's where the similarity ends . The attacks in Rotherham were both racial and on a far bigger scale which in itself exposes profound social problems away from sexual depravity . We are talking about integration issues and inter racial relations . The lowest common denominator being illegal sexual gratification by large numbers of Pakistani and Bangladeshi males . What isn't quite clear is how many there are still out there yet to be discovered. Sadly , this 'problem' is only going to get worse as today immigration net total figure for the last year showed 323,000 and will undoubtedly cause extra pressures on our health , welfare and social services .

So you saying she has no human emotions or sympathy or compassion for the victim and will bugger off as soon as the gravy train dries up isn't slagging her off??????? Read more: oatcakefanzine.proboards.com/thread/254061/adam-johnson-pleads-guilty?page=16#No ....Infact it's a pretty accurate appraisal of what has actually happened but more importantly like Blurton has already explained regardless of this , it does not give you the right to abuse , bully and make wholly inappropriate accusations and comments that you have absolutely no proof of .... If anyone is a troll ....then you are it .!

I have only one username .....another bullshit throw away remark .... Does make you look any better ....I thought you were against the idea of propagating lies based on "fuck all " You're "floundering " .... and you're a bore who slags off people based on your lack of knowledge of their circumstances and then, when rumbled, tries to drag the thread off course and hope no-one notices your pathetic insults about people who aren't even on bloody trial! as i've said, try to stay on track of the thread i.e. no slagging off people who aren't on trial, forget bringing Donald fucking Trump into it, stop diverting and deflecting because you don't want people seeing you for a nasty troll who is happy to judge people without any knowledge of them or their life and stop tryin to drag the thread onto a completely different and irrelevant tack. if you come up with anything relevant to the thread in question i may respond, until then however i can't be arsed talking to a troll posing as a pseudo intellectual who just slags off innocent parties in all of this. this thread is a serious and delicate matter and that kind of tabloid, Loose Women bullshit you've been spouting isn't warranted. now, back to the thread...... I haven't slagged anyone off as you know . You have a very high opinion of yourself that is unwarranted given the tone and condescending manner you speak to people . I made the observation that the footballers girlfriend should have fucked off from him sooner than she did . That's not slagging her off . You seem to have anger management issues if someone gives their honest opinion on something&nbs;

Thanks for your very informative answer. Still not swayed by the idea of it being a reason to not vote out however.
I think ************** would probably say the opposite from what I've read in the past but let's not dwell on the past.
I was pro Europe, but there are other issues more important in my opinion.

I hear what you and the link are saying, but I wouldn't write Tony off just yet. A struggling club would inevitably ring him or big Sam if they wanted saving from relegation. He just needs to keep his unblemished record and his future in the top flight is virtually guaranteed.

Heres another thought for you...... She's buggered off ....and rightly so . Trump won too.... here's another thought for you....she buggered off a few weeks back according to her sworn evidence. didn't stop you simply making presumptions about her without any knowledge and slagging her off though did it? and what the fuck has Trump got to do with this thread? try to stay on track at least once in your life (or multiple lives) eh? It's a pity you didn't go with her and take your condescending pathetic pandering bullshit with you . Everyone is entitled to their opinion but yours seems to always be playing catch up and fundamentally wrong . If she had any 'human emotions' or better still sense and compassion for the victim , then she would have fucked him off when she first found out that he was a paedophile . which, by the very definition of the term, he isn't you mean? tell you what, as the thread is about Adam Johnson and HIS court case why don't we keep on track and you comment on that rather than being judge, jury and executioner of someone who HASN'T done anything wrong and isn't on trial for anything (especially given the fact you know fuck all about her and their relationship)? just a thought.... Heres another thought for you...... She's buggered off ....and rightly so . Trump won too....
