It takes ages to load
Takes about ten seconds to scroll down after you've told it to
Then whilst halfway through reading it decides to move about a bit
It took me ten minutes to read a two minute page
And my phone still hasn't recovered it's still being slow

I reckon telling the Sentnull would be better.

Adblock does not work with all devices, my iPad 2 and as the sentinel is such a shite site I never click on the links even when using a desktop that runs Adblock etc etc

This works a treat for me on iPad. We have the same problem down here with Plymouth Evening Herald, which is of the same newsgroup as ES. I emailed them about it ages ago and they stated that they had no control of adverts locally as the website was administered centrally by Daily Mail News Group.

If the Arsenal Evening News did a Stoke on Trent news page I would read that instead , absolute joke of a news site, there is sponsorship and total domination, the Sentinel should be sponsored by bet365 as that's how many adverts you get trying to read anything.

they're shooting themselves in the foot, as I won't open any links on here which refer to that website.

I reckon telling the Sentnull would be better. It's their website I'm sure they are more than happy to rake in all the revenue at the expense of the quality of their news reporting

My understanding is that the Sentivale is run from London and they dunna give a fuck, been there and reported how shit it is.

I used to place paid adverts with them, and I've told them that their site is hopeless. When I told them about the problems I had using Firefox, to look at the classified section, they told me to use Chrome, as Firefox does not work very well on their pages! I'm sure they make it a crap site, so that you go out and buy the paper instead.
