Wonder if cops will let off the Arsenal fans, like BBC's match of the day lets their team off!

Every Stoke fan should have been a Celta Vigo fan for last nights game! Now they should be Ajax fans too. I would never support a foreign club over an English one, even Arsenal. Many English clubs are owned by foreigners, squad mainly made up of oversea players and even many foreign supporters so I like them to lose, especially against the less fancied clubs such as Celta. Bit different when it comes to our national team but I wasn't exactly devastated when we lost to Iceland.

I'll never understand how people can be so unsympathetic towards the homeless. If I was in their position in the middle of winter, would I be using drugs and alcohol to cope? Absolutely I would. It's a disgrace that in Britain 2017, people are still without any form of accommodation, not even a roof and 4 walls! I don't notice them giving up the drugs and alcohol in the better climes!

RIP to actor Geoffrey Bayldon who played early 70's kids character Catweazle and was also in Worzel Gummidge. Probably had a few Catweazle looking players over the years but Stokes own (the late) Ian Moores had a bit of a resemblance!

I lived near enough to be able to see the flames, then that night heard from shocked fans. The scenes on tv the day were awful. The victims will never be forgotten.

Bradfords true support is about 5,000 which they get at cup games. The clubs great season ticket deals means the numbers are around 18,000 but many of these are floaters who are there while things are going ok and the price is right. Is our true support the 6,000 or so that were at the Wycombe game in 1998 then? I would go as far as to say that Bradford are one of the least offensive clubs you could come across. They do little to annoy anyone as far as I can see. They offend me ( in a jokey way) as I work with a lot of them but none of those will go away or to cup games. I'm glad for others I know who have been there when they were a struggling 4th division team that I remember getting 2,000 against the likes of Crewe and Torquay. I can't forgive them for trashing Bradford Park Avenues ground in a last ever game at Avenue in a supposed friendly so I guess I'm bitter about them!

So cruel that a man dies while trying to help a charity. Former Burton and Derby player collapsed on north wales bike ride after setting off from Stoke.

Winning goal not as good as Shaqs but of course it was for lovely Liverpuddle. Firm only had keeper in front of him to hit it over though finished well, but Shaqs was surely more difficult to score from.

I think both are great. The touch of blue on the home kit gives it a bit of an Athletico Madrid feel- classy. The away is a bit 80s retro. Therefore, it's cool as a cat's snatch. You lot haven't got a clue, whereas I'm the Gok Wan of football kits. The touch of blue makes it look more French national team. Macron obviously celebrating winning the election! The away band is terribler too!

Russia's best-selling newspaper has called Manchester a city of "fat women" and "debauchery".
The article in Komsomolskaya Pravda criticised the city's gay district, saying it's "disgusting" people of the same sex openly kiss and hold hands.
Columnist Alisa Titko told readers it was "such a pleasure there are no such gay streets in Moscow".
She said it shows people are wrong to say Russia should be "more tolerant" about "non-traditional" sexuality.
"In Manchester there is a whole part of the city for gay people," she said. "There is even a place there saying Gay Village.
"In the evenings gays and lesbians are having fun not only inside but also outside and they do not hide their feelings."She urged readers to "remain Russian", saying: "Let's start normal families. Let's give birth in legal marriages. And don't let's mix love and debauchery."
She added the rising number of people "with non-traditional sexual orientation" in Russia was because "their mothers did not beat them enough when they were kids".
It comes days after Germany's leader Angela Merkel again put pressure on Russia's president to help protect gay rights.
Alisa Titko also claimed it was no surprise Manchester's men "become gay", because the city's women "are fat, not sexy" and "simply disgusting to men".
She wrote: "The fat hangs from the stomach, sides, and doesn't fit in their jeans. In clubs, they still pull on tight leggings and mini dresses

Don't worry about Russia, many folk in areas of Manchester alone will be thinking that.

He's probably on a smaller wage and the club are helping him back rather than just ditching him. We are supposed to be a caring club which looks after its players after all. We're a football club not a charity.

If a party fairly and democratically wins power to run a country which results into violence and civil war, doesn't that tell you the possible reason that party were voted in was because there are many undesirables in that country in that they will resort to this violence because they didn't get their own way?
