He was fantastic tonight. Our midfield looked so much more balanced and he kept mowatt and livermore out the game.

He grew into the game, first 20 he sat off when he was isolated instead of closing down but couldn't fault him apart from that. I'd say soutts and Wilmot were better though, soutts didnt give hugil a touch all game, he always seems have a good game against us as well.

Both him and Allen were quality, we looked so much more solid with both them

Most improved Stoke player in a good few years I think? That game where he was ripped off at around 30 mins and the courage he's shown to fight for his place and the performances he's putting in now are fantastic and great to see, if only Tom Edwards can get some tips from him. Tommy Smith is another one who's been great this season but still gets abuse

Whatever happened to the 5 odd mins of shhhh before we belted out delilah? Like someone else said it should be sung at key moments and that's it. When we score, 90th min etc.

Not really pal, they didn't work and we were lucky we played such a shit team. Our midfield was shocking considering we had 3 men in there plus Powell. Watched Hull quite a bit this season and that's the most they've had the ball today. Great stuff. For the next match, make sure you make a negative comment about the selection before the game has started and hopefully your track record of being wrong will continue and whoever you moan about playing will score 2 goals again. Keep it up all season and we're sure to get promoted. So.our manager has said we played flat, multiple posters on here said we weren't good, yet you think we were. Absolute clueless.

So your saying our midfield looked balanced today then yeah? We played any half decent side today we would have been battered in there. Sawyers was poor again and Powell isn't a striker he wasn't doing enough against the dm. No. I'm saying it's pretty foolish to post that playing Mario and Powell together 'doesn't work' when the team is announced, plus when they've only played together twice before. You then look extra foolish when the very 2 players you've said shouldn't be in the same team together, end up scoring the 2 goals that win us the game. Not really pal, they didn't work and we were lucky we played such a shit team. Our midfield was shocking considering we had 3 men in there plus Powell. Why? We still didn't look right and they were the worst team we've played since we came down. Would have been a total different game of they scored that sitter from Wilmots mistake ‘Mario and Powell doesn’t work’ They scored the goals. Let’s hope they don’t work in the future and continue scoring goals. So your saying our midfield looked balanced today then yeah? Mario and Powell doesn't work should be one or other. 1 striker against Hull isn't good enough too. Well, this is awkward. Why? Mario and Powell doesn't work should be one or other. 1 striker against Hull isn't good enough too. They’ve only played together in the games against Reading and Derby (as far as I can remember) so that’s an interesting conclusion to say the least. They're basically the same player and Powell should either be played at 10 or not at all. If Hull had anything about them they'd run at our midfield and they'd have acres of space. Also dropping Leo over Wilmot for Chester is a joke, especially after Chesters display midweek

Too unbalanced that team for me but should be enough beat Hull. What do you mean by ‘unbalanced’? Mario and Powell doesn't work should be one or other. 1 striker against Hull isn't good enough too.

He's better than nige and pej that's for sure. He fucking isn't He's the worst broadcaster we have ever had to put up with by a mile He fucking is. At least he can name all our players correctly and at least sounds like a radio broadcaster.

Considering he was played out of position I thought he wasn't too bad, hasn't he scored every time he's played there for us? Yes he wasn't as good as Smith this season but he's another brown and Allen who get abuse and people don't like them for some reason. Wilmot was ALOT worse than Ince yet I've not seen a single thread about his performance.

I remember one of the crosses surridge had his head in his hands. It was a peach, bang on the money, and its HIS job get in that position. If brown played as bad as him today he would be getting pelters on here. Amazing isn't it, brown and Allen don't play and we have a absolute shitter, the two most slated players this season

Imho every single one of those is overpriced ? £23 at West Brom to watch a team that have just come down from the Premier League is overpriced? It’s an hour and a half of entertainment. £33 is a weeks wage in Hull ain't it? Ever likely there's so many empty seats

The "pub Boys" are the Stoke equivalent of vegans, don't like it when you tell them the opposite. Anyone remember the bloke a few seasons back moaning about it cause he ran a bus? Ha. Slowly but surely he's faded away too.

It is available to everyone. I like to go on the train and make a day of it, not sit on a coach where I can't have a drink and get to the ground an hour or so before kick off. So it isn't available to me. That's your choice then and you pay for that "privilege" the free travel is the best thing the club should do.

Bojan! The lift in the stands and the delight to see our Spanish magician come back would be amazing! He's the only player who I think would raise the whole club too.

For me it would be Ricardo Fuller. The Jimmy Greenhoff of my era. I mean players who are currently playing and we could bring back currently

Brown and Tymon hold that tag. Neither are close. Brown has run a lot. Tymon has played well but after a slowish start. We get it you have a agenda against brown but he's been our player of the season by a mile so far.

I might be missing something but have the club got rid of ball boys? I sit in the Q-railing stand and I’m pretty sure I have not seen a ball boy this season so far, is this a covid rule as they don’t seem have hospitality guests on the pitch pre kick off now either. They had them vs Notts as one wasn't very well infront of sentinel stand and was taken away.

I’m not sure you know how all this works The highways are NOTHING to do with them wether they have the money or not They can’t just decide to build a road or close a road ….fuck me sideways dont really care about this really, but if you think that they dont have the influence to close public highways, have a chat with the residents of Hassall, Hassell Green, and Betchton I work around there so know how it is, I'm sure you know what it's like too. People don't realise do they
