Premier league bid incoming, no doubt about it Pejic almost inviting Premiership teams to bid for him Not sure we are under that much pressure to sell now that Collins has moved on

I’m also not sure that anything Pejic says on local radio will have any bearing on what potential suitors might be thinking!

Maybe that's why we've signed another centre back?

I'd be surprised if what Pejic says in his own household has much bearing to be fair. He needs teleporting back to the 70's

Ferguson used to get all of Vale's commentaries transcribed.

www.stokesentinel.co.uk/sport/football/match-reports/stoke-city-fleetwood-live-stream-5768169Harry Souttar back from Olympics, captain, scores, composed defending... and with Vrancic's corners should get a hatful?MON: Hopefully! Certainly I thought he played well tonight, very composed at the back. Defended well. I think that was demonstrated right at the back agianst Morris, who is very quick. Harry was able to see that off. I think he still has to get a bit up to speed with his use of the ball because that's such a big part of Harry's game and such a big part of why he's so valuable to us as a team. He has the abilty to pick the right passes. He has a great range of passing as well, short and long. Some of those things came down to the fact he's just come back and the team we started with had the changes it had. But we know how important Harry will be. He had a big season for us last season, played the most minutes and it was a good first game to get under his belt this season.

Superb tonight- a brick wall in defence, composed and always in control when he had the ball, then a thumping header from a corner to put us 2-0 up. The opposition weren't up to much, but made everything look very easy.

If Vrancic puts corners in that area regularly 7/8 goals shouldn’t be out of reach….

Souttar could be the difference between being promotion contenders or not promotion contenders, especially if Vrancic keeps popping the ball up for him.

He's class, performed his duties with ease. What a CB he is, He's only going to get better. Would be shocked if he didn't play for one of the regular top 4-6 Prem teams in a few years.

I think the 70s would send him back He is a miserable old bastard, always negative, and he hated to have a good word to say about surridge tonight. I find him hard work to listen to at the best of times.

If no one is willing to stump up £20m, and I don't think anyone will, then him leaving is a non starter.
He's one of my favourite players now but there are still question marks about him in a back 4 so depends what clubs would be interested in him and the way they play too.

In the space of a year he’s gone from being written off as a tall gangly thing that was awkward and can’t defend to a top 4-6 PL club 20m defender.

In the space of a year he’s gone from being written off as a tall gangly think that was awkward and can’t defend to a top 4-6 PL club 20m defender. 😂 It was only a year ago he wasn’t good enough for Championship football or our defence with a stunning line-up of Batth, Chester, a crocked Ryan and Lindsay. It's a remarkable turnaround.
