Pretty sure we were linked in January. Dodgy translation: The large end of season of Toifilou Maoulida enabled him to appreciably increase its dimension at a few weeks of the beginning of the estival mercato. The attacker lensois, that Racing will not retain, causes the covetousness of French and English club. In France, Saint-Etienne has notched its name for several weeks. Problem, the club forézien made a much worse season than envisaged and its finances feel some. A reduction of the wage bill is planned for this summer, which compromises the chances of a fast transfer. That could benefit an English club. Newcastle, but also Stoke City, West Ham and Wigan which had already come to the news this winter, are leaning on its performances these last weeks.www.lensois.com/breve-28410-toifilou-maoulida-a-des-courtisans.html

Mike fucking Dean was the ref in the first leg- how he got all that time for Hess to score I will never know.
As for Styles, don't get me started...

I'd be happy with Koren, I think he'd be a good addition to the squad. Probably best to snap him up before the World Cup if we are going to get him. A few good games and other clubs could become interested.

stokey-pokey- Leicester have signed him permanently. Pretty sure Liverpool let him leave on a free.

He scored against us for Scunny in the 3-2 win at the Brit. Decent centre back actually, formerly on Liverpool's books.

Cheers Gaz. Interesting stuff. Gabbidon on £50K is the one that jumps out at me as absolute madness (not to mention the four players on £70K a week!!)

;D I still can't quite believe Cheltenham resigned Alsop from Bishops Cleeve (who are about the equivalent to Meir KA). Even I played against Bishops Cleeve once!!

I think Whelan's goal against Man City was a real 'why you should shoot' moment.
He didn't hit it as well as he could, but he hit the target and Given made an error. As some Scottish fella says, "if you don't buy a ticket, you can't win the raffle".

I'm unsure if Nat is out of contract to be honest, but there isn't much point (for him or us) in keeping the lad.

OK, I know you all love a bit of registration plate action so I thought I'd chuck my hat in for the first time. Last night a rather expensive looking car (don't ask me what the hell it was because I'm crap with cars) drove past me with the number plate K88 8OUL (or as near as damn it). Being the sad git I am, I immediately thought of Spurs' favourite player.... I just did a quick Google, and it appears that he owns a Porsche Cayenne. To be honest, the car that went past me did look like one of them. Interesting? Probably crap, but thought I'd share ;D

Yeah, forgot to mention Luke Young. He would be add some good stability and experience to the full back berth.

Sidwell would be a quality addition, and TP often gets his man. I remember him scoring from about 40 yards at Griffin Park against us in our promotion season (admittedly the goal was open!).
Wouldn't want Davies to be honest. Injury prone, and over rated in my opinion. His 'defending' at the Brit in 2008 was dreadful to say the least.

Only played 120 minutes last season, but was a cracking addition in our first campaign. Cheers Amdy- good luck.

I've got an idea ahead of a major international tournament- let's call up some idiot who doesn't want to play for his country, a chap who has never represented England at full level and someone who hasn't played for about 4 years. Odd to say the least.

I don't actually think he is out of contract, but Simon Davies would be a good addition. I also wouldn't be against getting Erik Nevland for a season as back up, but looks like he is off to Norway.
