The American serial killer David Parker Ray, also known as “The Toybox Killer” was particularly infamous due to the tape he would play to his kidnapped victims.
In this tape he graphically and gruesomely detailed how his innocent victim would be systematically mentally, physically and sexually destroyed for as long as he so desired before finally being killed to be put out of their misery.
Naturally this was met with righteous outrage and disgust, however whilst the world was sharpening their lethal injection needles a man across the pond in the UK was looking at the transcripts of said tape with awe, and said to himself “That’s exactly what I’m going to do with the football club my dad gave me”
And here we are in 2024, Toybox Coates has used every tool at his disposal to molest, finger and defile this football club.
The backrooms have seen more different men in them each year than P Diddy, and just when we thought we’d finally found our saviour to end this perpetual nightmare we’ve been living in for years, JC sanctioned his beheading by the Scouse Tory who identifies as an Irishman because he once drank a Guinness in Bootle.
Stoke City FC was snatched away in its prime, subjected to years of horrific abuse and now lies on the floor silently shedding a tear down its face with its arsehole bleeding.

Coates have strategy: hire manager with a completely different style of play and inherits players not suited it, tries to force square peg into round hole, fails, gets the sack, repeat.
I don’t what JC has managed before but it’s clearly not a football club.
PC needs to take him aside and tell him “son, this is not working and it’s ruining our club”.

I've seen nothing over the past near decade that suggests he's anywhere even close to getting it right. Also, if this club drops into League One then I'd suggest that there's a very good chance that it'll drop even further still under this utterly negligent ownership (and that would be an unmitigated disaster for both the club and the area and something from which it'd take decades to recover). I once ran a bath long ago and the old landline phone went midway through the process. Twas a girl I'd been after a date with for yonks. I was so excited I forgot about the bath and it was my dad who reminded me wondering why it was raining in the fucking kitchen downstairs 😆 Running baths can get tricky you know 😆 I only use the shower nowadays 👍 |

I’m not saying he’s blameless as he is the person who appoints the people who have been shit for us but his responsibility as owner is a lot broader than just on the field performance. I would rather direct my ire at these people who have been given an amazing opportunity to manage / play for our club and not seized that opportunity. You might scoff at the free travel, frozen ticket prices and other off the field improvements, but there would be a lot of football fans across the country thinking we were batshit crazy for wanting our locally born, super rich owner out the door. Does he need to do better? Well yeah, everyone at the fucking club does. But the alternative (and you can’t seem to identify a buyer ready in waiting), could be significantly worse both off the field and on the field. Imagine that scenario. |

Any experienced football man would have put the handbrake on the SS decision timing , results and most importantly replacement wise . We have billionaire resources and have never appointed a manager above our weight . |

Put it this way, would a CEO of a business survive such a decline that is comparable to ours in terms of the prem relegation and the absolute shitshow that has followed since - they absolutely wouldn’t.
I don’t care how much money someone has who is willing to throw at the club, it means nothing if those people cannot run a football club and actually have the right strategies and methodologies in place to recover us
It’s simple, either JC sells or he gets someone to actually run the club properly and he takes a back seat. If he actually cares for the club he would see that is the right thing to do.
I said earlier in the thread, there was absolutely no reason for our club to have fallen from where we were, a fully established premier league club.

JC was improving and said before the season opener that Steven and Bae gives him much hope for the future. At the time it seemed that all the building blocks were finally beginning to fall in to right places and a top half finish were on the cards.
What happened? JW goes on the ego trip and somehow managed to turn JC's head and sack Steven who's was one of JC's favourites just a couple of months ago. And suddenly all the building blocks are on the floor and we have to start from a scratch again. The big question is that how on Earth JW managed to turn JC's head so totally? And basicly take all the reigns? And why did Coates' let that happen? The guy was an iterim just some months ago and now he is leading the whole club. Crazy.
