the quotes don't make him seem dissatisfied. Just a normal interview in my opinion.
Media trying to make something out of nothing.

I think that's a headline not matching the copy! Yes, you have to love an article that screams from the rooftops that a player is 'dissatisfied' and the only quote they have is this: ‘I am very relaxed because we have a lot of games and every player is going to have enough games to play I think,’ Shaqiri said. I suppose 'Shaqiri dead chilled at Liverpool' wouldn't be the same click bait. Having said that Liverpool was always going to be a tough ask for Shaq, fresh from a Champions League final as they are and firing on all cylinders with the incumbent players.

Did anybody expect him to play for them any more than they expect Choupo to get games for PSG?

You never know. If they have an injury crisis Shaq could end up being a regular for them, and he's got to be hoping for that.

He'll get plenty of games. Wait til the various cups kick in and Klopp goes into full rotation mode.
How many times did we see him start a sub-standard team against us, only for us to be sunk when he brought the first team big guns on?
That's why Shaqiri was wanted by them, so the big guns don't need to break sweat inbetween European ties.

Did anybody expect him to play for them any more than they expect Choupo to get games for PSG? Cup games mainly. Cheapo could possibly get more league game time than Shaq due to the fact that he's in a much weaker league.

Not sure why he agreed to go to Liverpool to be back up? Somebody of shaq status should be playing every week, guess he will be happy as long as he is picked for the national side, would be interesting to see what happens if he is ever left out of the national side?

I think Shaqiri can hold his own against the likes of Salah and Mane to be honest.
OK Salah was absolutely red-hot last season but I dont think hes in a totally different class to Shaq.
Salah should rightfully own that place for a while yet, but I wouldnt be surprised if by the end of the season that Shaqiri was starting big games on either of the wings.

He was at 2 big clubs both got rid he ended up at Stoke. Liverpool got him cheap and must see him as a squad player. if he thinks he can break into Liverpool`s team and hold down a place he is even more deluded than I thought.

Nothing in the article to suggest dissatisfaction as others have stated, however for me, Shaqiri remains a legend in his own mind.

He's another option for Liverpool for about 10 minutes or so to possibly turn a match in their favour-somtimes. What they paid for him is peanuts for a club of their size. They'll probably dump him out at the end of the season.

He's a brilliant player. At the moment it's tricky to see who they'd drop but it only takes one injury or dip in form.

Starting a new thread. Lesson 1. Read the article you're linking to, not just the headline.

Where did you pull the word dissatisfied from? dissatisfied:not content or happy with something. synonyms: discontented, malcontent, unsatisfied, disappointed, disaffected, disquieted, unhappy; disgruntled, aggrieved, frustrated, vexed, annoyed, irritated, angry, angered, exasperated, fed up, resentful; restless, restive, disapproving, displeased, unfulfilled, regretful; etc. Well you asked. The article says not, but the headline reads between the lines and suggests he is a bit miffed - "miffed" is not in the list above it must be a North Staffs colloquialism .

nothing against shaqiri leaving just think he made the wrong choice in moving to Liverpool. he should not be a squad player at is age. he is far to good for that. I think klopp bought him because he can make a decent profit on him.win win situation for Liverpool.

1- Clickbait 2- How many games did they play? 3- They have only 3 wingers, so he is the 1st available option and he will have opportunities to play in the upcoming days with fixtures every 3-4 days. 4- Shaqiri is always dissatisfied, someone persuaded him that he should win Balloon Dor but life is unfair. 5- Shaqiri can be a good player for 5-10 minutes per game to take the show, but to play for a top team you should be a good player for the whole 90 minutes and you should play for the team not for yourself.
