I notice the card says 'season membership' on it but doesn't say 2013/14.
So I guess we use the same card if we renew the same seat for 2014/15 and following years.

Still not had mine, what colour are they?

Still not had mine, what colour are they? Red. I thought the placement of the machines was a bit weird - facing towards the person coming through the turnstile but a few inches behind the grille. When I've seen them elsewhere, they've faced outwards, perpendicular to the direction of the movement of the person passing through.

When I've seen them elsewhere, they've faced outwards, perpendicular to the direction of the movement of the person passing through. They face that way so the customer can clearly see the screen and the reason for non entry should that be the case.invalid ticket, wrong age group etc. There were teething problems yesterday and I'm sure these will be addressed. The new system is a learning curve for club and fans. Hopefully both parties will eventually get their acts together and it should be a better and easier system all round. Chelsea, Bolton, Man City and a host of other clubs employ the same system.all had a few problems initially but all agree its better for club and fans now it's up and running and everyone knows how it operates. If you think it was bad yesterday imagine how Vale fans felt when their system went down entirely 20 mins before kick off with no back up plan !!

The new platinum + turnstiles were great yesterday , and the parking area saved me over 20 minutes on getting away.

Yes, and the provision of a porter to carry my vacuum flask and car valeting whilst I was at the match were nice touches as well. How anyone can claim we don't get our £50 worth, I'll never understand.

Why have they not included a fixture list like they normally do? I don't think I ever got a fixture list with my season ticket. I got one with my Supporters Club Membership, though.

Anyone know what the system is if I can't make it to a match and getting the club to sell the seat on?
(Sorry if it's already on this thread - had a quick scan but couldn't see it)
Thanks

Has anyone ordered a membership card for the rest of their family? Ordered them online so I can get them all tickets for the Walsall game. Ordered them a week ago and nowt in the post yet. Also how do I order their tickets on their cards with my account. ie for paying etc. Have tried with the family and friends thing on mine but it says they have 0 tickets to buy and I can only buy 1. I'm well confused! Any help anyone??!

will the new style tickets make any difference to people using someone else's ticket? I doubt it. Unless the club decided that we all had to carry photo ID with us for matches the cards can be "loaned" to anyone I should think, without the club being any the wiser. The only exception would be that I think they will have spot checks for juniors and over 65s cards being used by an adult. How will it work for a child getting in with an adult's card? In spite of the "not transferable" rule, I've taken my lad in a few times on my mate's ST without any issues. Wonder if they'll be clamping down on this?

It's always been ok in the past. Strictly speaking though, I'm sure they can refuse entry on the basis that the ST is not transferable.

As there is a process in place that allows you to pay the difference to upgrade a childs ST for a single match to an Adult then I can't see how they can refuse the reverse as the Adult ticket costs more so the club aren't missing out on any revenue.
But then this is a whole new system this season.

The other way round is, staff instructed to clamp down on it this year, so may not be worth risking.

Last I heard (from a post on this board) was that the club had not yet decided on the procedure to upgrade a season ticket from (for example) child to adult for one game. If this is true they are cutting it fine. If it is not true they should say what the procedure is!
