Pelach will have to change things in the 2 nd half, and get the midfield sorted. Moran has been good and is holding it together but he can’t do it on his own. A quick 3 rd should calm things, but at 2-0 I am still going to be hiding behind the sofa

Difficult to know which Stoke we are going to see against Swansea. So many times before we have had a good result and performance only to follow it up with a completely different Stoke. Either the performance against Portsmouth was a good showing from us, or they had a really bad off night and made us look good. Lets see, fingers crossed. Swansea 0 Stoke 2

Since Burger and Bae were touted as potential premiership players, they have believed the hype and are both not the players they were last season

Its the Stoke merry go round, spinning into the unknown. Should be an interesting few weeks. Lets get behind the lad, we are renowned for being a has been club, nothing has worked out since we were dumped out of the premier league. Maybe we will this time. Eternal optimist, thats me. Looks like there was a few confrontations after the farce on saturday and this is the result Hold on tight, its going to be bumpy.

Not sure if this is on the right side of the board, so apologies if not… So I’m off to Madrid with the kids next month, I joined the Madrista thing (£35) thinking tickets wouldn’t be to much of a problem, wow how wrong I was Has anyone been before with any advise? Only tickets I’ve seen are ones scattered about in opposite ends of the ground, which is no good really. I’ve seen the official sponsor offering packages which as you’d expect are very expensive. Thinking do I just accept that’s the way things are now, and pay.. or fly over and see what the ticket office say (after emailing the club, they say that season ticket holders hand back there tickets nearer the Monday, and they sell them on) they also said (they don’t sell out for low key games) which is definitely bollocks because I can’t get any. Unless of course I go on a ticket master type site where they’re just stupid prices I did go with the wife about 20 years ago and just walked upto the ground and paid about £12. How things change eh🤦🏻♂️ An awful lot depends on which game, but mostly the only seats you will find are single ones or they will be in a poor position. I am in Spain and last week watched Madrid away in Mallorca. Totally sold out in all parts of the ground. Be wary of advertised tickets on websites that are not affiliated with the club. The Madrid stadium is amazing and you can get tickets for the tour which is great. Sorry can’t be of any more help. For a genuine ticket expect to pay upwards of 200 euros for anything decent if you can find any.

I liked him when he was here, did ok for us. But he was sold and the money was useful. Didn't ever imagine he would be a useful premiership player, and he probably will not be at the end of the season. Would I have him back....No Why is there this obsession with having people back ? Tony Pulis one day, Jacob Brown the next... Who will be next discussion, maybe a would you have Carl Asaba back thread... As I started this thread, I was only asking why he was not in the Luton team, like most threads on here it turns into something else. Was only asking.

Just been looking at the Luto teamsheet , and it doesn’t look like he is in the squad, is he injured, or is he out of favour. Would you welcome him back next season ?

Christ - Pearson booked already! Are players fined by the club for bookings and sending offs? Yes, and he has to remortgage his house

Baker hasn't been too bad since his return If we sell him we’re mental. Perhaps hes realised hes on borrowed time and needs to impress if hes going to be a part of Shueys long term plan

I was there watching in the Stoke end. If my memory serves me we went 1-0, they equalised, and then we ran riot.

This squad are lacking in confidence, thats plain to see. If they are relieved that AN has gone maybe we will see shorts term a bit of a bounce. Don’t expect too much, the groundhog effect will continue until we have a backbone in this team. If, as reported the new manager is attack orientated then we may see a resurgence, and a few goals from those strikers who have not been able to score regularly. Lets get behind them, but remember you can’t polish a turd, or several of them

I have always followed us with a large degree of gallows humour as being an essential ingredient. I have accepted when we were shit and found the ability to laugh at it, but still be invested. Lately though, apathy has begun to creep in and that’s something I didn’t think would ever happen. My ‘shits given’ meter is heading towards zero. I am a captive audience though as I’ll never stop going, but it would be a bonus to enjoy it a little more at times. I don’t want/expect/deserve footballing excellence, however, a modicum of enjoyment would be a start. We have the light show, what more excitement do you want
