Hate to agree but also think we’ll get a hiding - Boro will be desperate for revenge and if we play like we did last night they’ll hammer us.

100% agree.
I don’t see a scenario where this isn’t a 2 goal winning margin +.
They’ll be bang up for it and our players just look like any goal we concede we could completely capitulate.
5-0 might not be a bad bet.

A decent yardstick for how popular the removal of Schumacher really was in the dressing room.
Hold on to your hat, Jon.

Our only hope is that last night is mostly explained by having very little time to work with a new squad. A repeat of last night against Middlesbrough and we’re 100% in for another relegation battle.

Being positive this could suit us more as the incentives on them but we need to sort our midfield and defence out.
I think we’ll lose but not get hammered.
With a weeks preparation hopefully we’ll have a better idea of what the new managers about.
It’ll be interesting to see what formation he goes with.
For me I’d go 433
Johansson
Dixon Phillips Gibson Stevens
Thompson Sidibe Moran
Manhoef Koumas (I’d drop Cannon till he looks fit) Bae

Chicho will have had a week to get to know better what’s at his disposal I’d expect quite a few changes. Certainly we can’t play those two fullbacks again
Big test

Our only hope is that last night is mostly explained by having very little time to work with a new squad. A repeat of last night against Middlesbrough and we’re 100% in for another relegation battle. If you listen to the Ben Gibson post match interview he says the lads were overwhelmed with new instructions in the 2 days leading up to the Hull game. Hopefully Pelach will calm down a bit this week, keep it simple, too much change too quick will kill us. If I was advising the young toreador I'd suggest he calms down, develops a sense of humour and only mentions his '5-phases' once per training session.

I got my ticket a few weeks ago or I definitely wouldn't bother. Thankfully haven't got Swansea tickets.
