Any tips on places to go with a 9 year old in the summer holidays where there'll be a beach but loads else to do? Did Tenerife last year and would go again but the good lady wife wants to try somewhere different. My concern is once you get further into the med you could end up with 10 days sat in your room boiling your bollocks off. Anywhere from the South of France down to the Costa Dorada are favourites with us. Loads of great towns and cities - Carcassonne, Perpignan, Barcelona. Great beaches and loads to do, waterparks, theme parks, boat trips etc. Nice short flight times as well. Would also recommend Lake Garda (day trips to Verona, Venice and Milan) and the Algarve.

Great man, awful cabinet maker.

Let them spend what they want, or rather what they have. It doesn't guarantee success anyway. I get that and might suit us in the Championship, however an earlier poster referred to Everton’s £20m of interest on debr, which men’s they weren’t spending what they had at all, they have racked up massive debts. Which is why I said let them spend what they have (to spend)

Back already, no support, 50 odd minute gig and all the hits and most of the new album. Some people were a bit miffed it didn't go on longer but thems the breaks when all your songs are 3 minutes long. Suited me fine. Great gig. Was it one of those gigs where they sign copies of the new album before performing a much shortened set? No, you had the option of buying vinyl or a CD with the ticket online. Thought it might have been a bit under attended as a lot of these things aren't well advertised but it was pretty much full, 1500+ people I think.

Burning any book is just cuntish. The ultimate sign you’ve lost it as a person/society. What if it's one of Katie Price's 6 (SIX) autobiographies?

One thing I would never pay big money for is a watch as I have a tendency to either break or lose them. I'd hate it if that happened to a watch that cost a bomb.
I have a Huawei Smart watch that I lost, found it in one of my shoes about 9 months later.

The 10 year passport. Can only use it in most countries if you've more than 6 months left on it. Load of bollocks.

My first gig for 2024 is going to be this Wednesday in Liverpool when I go to see Bring Me The Horizon Mines tonight, The Vaccines in the same city - only £16.50 as its a record outstore. Only booked it half hour ago. Fuck sitting at home watching shit telly on a Saturday night.

Bath or shower - Shower of course. Bath is a luxury these days. Aftershave - Prada Amber pour homme is my favourite - Calvin Klein or Zara for my daily stink beard or clean shaven - Beard since lockdown. Currently having to send back another beard trimmer, they all seem to be so poorly made. Recommendations welcome. moisturiser - Every day since I was 19 ish, mainly with a light, factor 15 sun tan lotion. couldn't manage without it. Haircut - once every 4 weeks including eyebrows, very rarely have 3 decent haircuts on the bounce despite using the same barber. Best haircut I ever had was in Turkey in June for a tenner. Bit far to go though :-( Boxers - French Connection - M&M direct specials Socks - Farah Jeans - Hollister or Jack&Jones (v.underrated for jeans), always slim fit. T Shirts - Levis, Timberland, All Saints. Nothing with a slogan on them. Shirts - mainly plain overshirts, TK Maxx are great for them (both online and instore) Suits - don't really wear them Coats - Barbour wax jacket, Hollister parka for cold days. Shoes - mainly brown leather boots Trainers - Adidas mainly however, I'm finding the soles wear out really quickly. Have switched to Nike recently. Gym gear - fucks that? Don't think I've owned a pair of jogging bottoms as an adult

Looking for honeymoon plans next year and fuck me it's hard to pick the festival. I think we're gonna do Hellfest in France, it's got the best variety and Dark Tranquillity. But Resurrection and Tuska are the same weekend. Sigh. Assuming you mean this year? I'm not a massive metal head but Hellfest has one of the best line ups anywhere so far. Weekend tickets sold out though.

Corey Blackett-Taylor was linked with Plymouth prior to Schumacher leaving. Having a good season. Winger but scored 8 goals this season. Seems to fit the bill of the kind of player we're after.
