They were huge. Big horrible physical fuckers. And they hadn’t conceded from a corner all season. And have scored the most from corners. So given the nature of the win I think we did alright. Were they? 🤣 They looked like a team that didn’t know what a football was. A disjointed rabble. And if they are strong they didn’t show it today. Big bunch of mardarses too busy arguing with each other. Gave me hope I can still make it as a pro. I thought they looked like the majority of Championship sides. And their results suggest that too. Definitely a side you need to be beating. But no mugs and liable to make things difficult for any side in the division if given a chance.

Bet you’d never miss a penalty…😉 I fucking wouldn’t. They’re ridiculously easy things. Have you not been banned yet?

I fucking wouldn’t. They’re ridiculously easy things. Have you not been banned yet? If it was that easy why isn’t Bayern on the books of a club as Penalty and Christ knows what else coach/player? If penalties were that easy not one would be missed. ‘Cue typical answer’. I’m saying no more about this as Strictly is on.

How do the "let's bring Shuey back" mob feel about that one today? Fantastic win and very enjoyable game.

This whole won 7 from 10 is absolute horse spunk. He had 3 good games at the end of the season. Was wank before and was wank after. All this mard arsing over a sack of shit. Wouldn't go as far as calling him a sack of shit. Seemed like a good bloke who was trying his best. As a manager though, he was at best a bit 'meh' and it looked incredibly unlikely that he was the man to take us forward. I'm not arsed in the slightest about his sacking. The timing and manner of it however sticks in my craw. Coates Out (still).

I’m sick and tired of hearing about Steven bloody Schumacher he’s gone ffs give over! Half of you wouldn’t rate him as much if he was older, had a different accent and didn’t have an underdog attitude.
He was crap and crying about his sacking and saying he should come back changes nowt.

Which is great in his head in principle but it's when he tries to put his point across where he struggles bless him. Alas, everyone else is 'thick as fuck' or a 'sack of shit'.

I hope Steven Schumacker does get a good job and then sacking him will.come back to haunt us. I think how quickly.he was sacked was disgusting and it will.serve Stoke right

He didn't say anything that I wouldn't expect him to say.
A very 'these things happen in football' response which is basically a cliche but correct. I'd say he sounded disappointed but not especially pissed off. Move on.

Yes, his sacking was done in a fuckheaded, cunty manner but hoping he comes back to haunt us would suggest that you hope we fail under the new gaffer? Very odd take.

My opinion but I think we have picked up roughly the same amount of points we would of done with Schumacher in charge, performances were on the decline before he was sacked. There is signs of an improvement last couple of games all the players seem to like and want to play for the new bloke see if we can get to January in a decent position points wise and see who he can bring in to improve us a bit more.

They were fucking shite though. Which was hilarious. This league is the absolute worst. worst than what? League One? Serie B? Its always been like this. Not sure what you would expect? There used to be better quality in this league pre FFP. With the top 6 being fairly better than the rest. Nowdays everyone is total dog shit the standard is atrocious. You’ve got bloody Tyrese Campbell and kieffer Moore spearheading an attack that will likely win the league. That should tell you enough. The quality has never been this dire. It’s progressively getting worse year on year

It’s progressively getting worse year on year I think this is as much by design. The top clubs have sussed how to hold the talent cards and the rest have to play with pennies. I can't believe ffp was thought to be a good idea, that those with actual cash in hand can't invest. No capitalistic system works like this.

When you think Prem teams now have 9 subs. In the days of 3 subs those other players would probably want to playing football elsewhere and the go to place for that would be the Championship. So thats 20 x 6 = 120 players happy to be sitting on a Prem bench each week who historically would have been playing for teams like Stoke. That does make a significant difference I suppose.
