Hard to say, but I remember the away game at Hull last season, when they were on a decent run of form, and we weren't.... Nobody expected us to get a result, but we did...... Saying that, I do like Pelach's enthusiasm on the touch line, he's always belting out instructions!!!

Am certain that in 1897, we'd have lost it in the 2nd half under Horace Austerberry, just after the smoke break.

We definitely wouldn’t of lost it, though we might have lost it… That one does my head in,it must be the most common mistake going, yet it is so simple to understand!

Schuey is currently 1/3 favourite to be the new burton boss Thought he could get a better gig than that to be honest When you look at his actual record it doesn't add up to much. Over a very brief period successfully continued what someone else had built at Plymouth and then following a reasonable start crashed and burnt at Stoke.

Well if Schumacher crashed and burned at Stoke I hesitate to think what all the others did since relegation apart from O’Neil.

In no way did he crash and burn, and he didn’t deserve the sack. That said, I wouldn’t want him back here.

Schuey is currently 1/3 favourite to be the new burton boss Thought he could get a better gig than that to be honest Why? Much though I liked him, I just couldn't see how we were progressing. Unfortunately for him, his admission that he didn't know why we were so poor wasn't a reassuring thing to have on his CV when clubs look at his record.

Schuey on the Sky TV pundits bench on the Stoke v Derby game today:
It was moving when he said 'In the long run, the 9 months at Stoke will make me a better manager and a coach'
When the Sky commentator pushed him on it:
'Even when looking at the results since you left, that they haven't improved and have gotten worse, does it make you feel any better?'
When Schuey replied 'No it doesn't'
Extremely magnanimous and gracious take on being fired out of the blue. Far better than JW and the club deserves in how they treated him!

He was fired far too late. As usual.

Neve thought SS would be a success here, mind in saying that nobody would be with these owners.
NP is a terrible appointment one which stinks of naivety and long term stagnation.

Schuey was changing the team every week , a lot...This is supposed to be the signs of a manager who is struggling, maybe its his style ie to set up depending on opposition. Wilmot said NP was breath of fresh air so maybe things werent rosy behind scenes.

Michael O'Neill was better.
And he had a better song. That we even managed to sing for a while, without it speeding up so much that it disappeared into a sound portal.

What’s not about football ? Why people don’t like Pelach. What are the reasons you refer to? I am surprised at how NP has been getting less slack than all the other managers we’ve had recently. There must be a reason(s) why. In terms of what he can control as head coach, don’t think he’s done too much wrong to be honest. The players just aren’t very good.
