He's never good in front of the cameras, like a rabbit in the headlights. He should get someone to front the club who is more composed, as long as it is not another snake oil salesman like Tricky Ricky. Fancy being worth billions and not being one of the most relaxed people on the planet.  I have lots of very wealthy clients, most are workaholics who rarely rest and look old before their time. |

Agree 100%. Just wait .... One day we will no longer be Stoke City, but something like "Samsung Stoke" which will eventually be shortened to ......... Sams Club! I don't think made up scenarios re the club changing its name is really an argument. I’m not arguing, agreeing. Ridiculous stadium names these days. And if you think it can’t happen to team names, try Red Bull for starters and then look at many other professional sports |

The EFL can just as they did with prior use certain catchall rules in respect of the Rent for FFP Purpsoes.
A Fair Value Rent must be paid for such transactions- EFL vs Derby made this abundantly clear.
Even if it is Paper Rent..Albeit the media don't seem to cover your FFP question marks much.

Some of you remind me of Derby fans all told, that was funny until it wasn't.
When Sheffield Wednesday got relegated off the back of their 2020 Sanctions for putting it in the Wrong Year that was bloody hilarious. Odd how your BBC Stoke presenter said the Stadium was sold in 2022 when I listened to a bit about it.

Jc always looks incredibly nervous when a camera is in front of him or infront of an audience, always has done. I'm fine with that. It actually makes him more likeable. We don't want some arrogant loudmouth. What do they say 'speak softly and carry a big stick'? Ditto makes him more human in my eyes also means he cares about it more because he is worried what folks think. |
