I played football to a decent standard and never got told to be quicker in transition, just move the ball quicker. What's wrong with that. High and low press 😂😂 |

I think what irks some people is an obvious attempt to use a female pundit/commentator in place of a male one when there are literally loads of male equivalents who are being sidelined to promote gender equality, even though there is the womens equivalent games. I don’t personally care either way as I rarely listen, I’m either chatting to mates about said game or it’s on in the background. There are crap from both genders as others have said.

Every single home game, I would listen to the commentary in the pre-match montage and convince myself that commentary was much better in the 70s when it was more understated as the commentator calmly describes Greenhoff's goal at Birmingham. Then the next commentator screams "AND BANKS HAS SAVED IT! MIRACULOUSLY!"

Haven't really noticed the commentary other than last night, That Robyns tone of voice is not made for commentating, Danny Murphy has long been atrocious and confirmed this more so last night.
Eni aluko and Karen karney are woeful. Alex Scott tries too hard, Micah Richards at times tries be a touch philosophical then his next sentence he'll be all lad bantz which often falls on deaf ears.
