I wish we hadn't sold him. We've missed his workrate.

Formation change now. Hes upfront/on the wing now.
Having a player like that on the pitch is gold. You can make big changes without even making a sub.

I wish we hadn't sold him. We've missed his workrate. OS. He seemed a great influence around the place too, especially as this season started with all the new signings. He also made lots of good runs, and I could've seen some our new players thrive alongside him (while backing Brown himself for at least 12 league goals). I thought we should've been selfish and kept him till January at least.

What a fucking ridiculous rule. A team has to go down to 9 men because 2 players CLEARLY have head injuries that need attention.
The rules of the game seriously need looking at

Had an almost identical goalscoring and appearance record to Campbell but added more for me

Brown is less injury prone, he is a better team player and worked a hell of a lot harder than Ty. Campbell is luxury we can’t really afford just now.

What a fucking ridiculous rule. A team has to go down to 9 men because 2 players CLEARLY have head injuries that need attention. The rules of the game seriously need looking at I see where you’re coming from but you can imagine if it meant a stoppage in play you’d have teams faking it when the other team has built up a head of steam and the stadium is rocking. No matter what rules are put in place, cheating or gamesmanship or whatever you want to call it has become the norm in football these days. It’s expected and even applauded. So I’ve got a lot of sympathy for the officials - trying to get a bunch of grown men throwing themselves to the ground / faking injuries etc etc all day long. It’s the players and managers that need to take a look at themselves first and foremost

The fella probably couldn’t sign for Luton quickly enough. He got nothing but stick from plenty of our ‘fans’ whilst here.

Moved on to better things. Far better than anything we have at stoke If that's even remotely true, then that's a very sad indictment of our 'rebuild'. He was an absolute workhorse, a blood sweat & tears player, which all clubs need. But - he was pretty shit at football.

Have a mate who's a Luton fan that says their fans love him and his workmate and even if they don't stay up, which he expects, he thinks he'll be a big player for them next year.

Yes he lacked quality at times but he also created so many chances and opportunities too through his workrate which more than made up for any lack of quality.
