I’m hoping to move to Stone so it would be nice if they can find a home in the town soon. And where they play now is a 15 minute walk from my parents house so ideal to park up there and have a nice stroll. The pitch at Castle is shit so that’ll be fun. Maybe they’ll actually roll it? 🤣 |

It was in ok condition but you can’t trust the bounce on it. Like a frigging minefield. |

That puts a different perspective on my thinking now I always imagined that Bayern was a bald headed late 60yr old miserable bastard like Victor Meldrew but he says a 15 min walk from his parents so unless they're like 90 I've got it all wrong ??

Just watched Sandbach Reserves vs Vulcan in some cup semi final.
3-3 and straight penos.
Really good game. Two shit goalkeepers. And Vulcan won on penalties. Great entertainment.

Named after a factory there if I remember rightly, and play in the Cheshire League. |

Seems to have been in and out the Stafford team last season, will he be a good signing for us? Quality little winger, fast, tricky and good with the ball at his feet, he was the only little bit of excitement in an awful season. I think the reason he was in and out of the side was the fact he can have the odd quite game, but with us trying to find results from any direction I think that was a factor as well. I think he did start the season with an injury as well, he will be prefect for your pitch. |

This was one of the reasons,although we only got the last reprieve spot due to Stowmarket town taking voluntary relegation as they were offered marske towns spot but decided to drop down a level.we have new owners now who are putting a huge amount of money into the club at the moment.spending money on good wages for what on paper look very good signings but also they are spending a heck of alot on ground renovations at the moment which needed doing and also getting our youth academy back up an running which our previous owners in there wisdom completely shut down and all the players moved to local clubs.very exiting times after a few years of real uncertainty.we will be expecting to be atleast around the play offs hopefully but having only kept 5 players from last seasons squad,and currently only having 10 players in the squad it is going to take time to gel another new team together.its going to be a very tough league this year,alot of teams like chasetown and staylebridge have strengthened really well and now leek have got promoted there is no stand out team this season. |
