Went to the young Swedish female physiotherapist I have on Friday afternoon. She moved my body parts and gave me some exercises to do at home for my hips. Tomorrow morning I have an appointment with her again to fix my neck. Maybe then to the gym there later this week if not tomorrow. Happy ending? |

Hope everyone is well. Penultimate physio session today after a year and a half. The last one is in two weeks so just one more small wall to break through after what seems like a mountain I've had to break down. Just a reminder to myself really and everyone else that no matter what's infront of you it can be beaten even if at the time it feels like there is little hope. Up the Potters!

I got a new training program today. And on Wednesday after noon I will be given a further one. We will go through the machines then as well. I don't want to have metal rings operated into my neck, noone wants to. |

As bad as it gets, I was informed yesterday a friend has taken his own life, tragic, tragic news.. Hopefully if we keep talking we never get to that point. Sadly some cant cope and end things. Sorry to here the news. |
