How is everyone anyway? Just returned from a mammoth spell of working away and feel absolutely fucked. It’s like my brain has been turned off for a few weeks and I’m thinking “what was I attempting to do to make my life better again before I went”🤦🏻♂️. I need some updates from you guys Hope you're fighting through it OK mate. Definitely good to get back into any routines that were working for you. Working away so much can't be easy on the mind. My brains feeling pretty clouded too. Met this bird out in Montreal last week and we massively hit it off. All far more intense than I could have imagined. I definitely fell pretty hard for her!(no pun intended) Personality to die for and so fit. Returned yesterday and jet lagged to fuck which isn't helping. We had the big chat about me going back out there in December blah blah. She was getting pretty emotional and now I've got brain fog 🥲 I've done the whole holiday romance stuff before but this definitely feels different and wondering whether I do actually give it a chance. As mental as that sounds and probably is. Throw in a couple of intense deals I'm trying to get over the line at work that are going south and I'm definitely feeling like I need a head massage! Trying to drink less at the mo but it's going pretty badly. |

Look after yourself so you are in a good place physically to deal with the undoubted stress this'll be putting on you. I hope you all get the care and help that you need. Kind of had some good news today. Test results came back and Liver and kidney functions, thyroid and cholesterol all at normal levels. Finally getting a sleep apnea consultation I’ve been banging on about for 4 years!
I know for a fact I suffer with it and hoping that it at least partially explains my hypertension issue.
Hope everyone is ok

I'm still waiting in two queues for an appointment to a hand surgeon for my nerve entrapments. It's a 50-50 situation I'd say for me to get an appointment this year. I've been waiting since early June.
However, I might get better by myself. I did the last time even though it took 18 months.
I have carried a backpack on my back instead of using the hands and elbows, when I've been to the food store during this waiting period though, so now I unfortunately have got some of my neck problems back - another nerve entrapment.
I have planned to go back to my young Swedish female physiotherapist for some treatment therefore. She is phenomenal.

I got a very painful hip the last few days.
It's hard to lie down and to sit is almost impossible. Standing is somewhat better, especially going up in stairs.
Pain 10 out of 10. And some stiffness.
Maybe she could take care of this stiffness too.
