Back from the XR, Scan, MRI station place three hours ago.
She wondered what I got. "Nerve entrapments", I said. "Why have they ordered X-rays then", she asked. "Honestly", I said, "it's what they say they can afford." "Completely useless", she said. "The nerves aren't aren't showing on these X-rays. But you can order MRIs if you want. All you need to do is tell your Health Clinic (NHS) you need them, so they'll write us a digital letter. Then we give you the bill." "How much", I wondered. "80.000 SEK (£6500)", she said.

Superb. It’s something every club should be doing, say once a year.

Getting American physco vibes from you here Musik if I'm honest 😬 Luckily I've found a good blood stain remover now. A bottle from Grumme. My old man though used to say "Use a pair of scissors, to remove stains". I have always wondered how many two pair of scissors are, two or four.

I had surgery at the beginning of January on my wrist, a distal wrist fracture it was. Metal parts.
Recently both the trauma surgeon and the radiologist have thought about re-surgery and removing all those parts. This is unusual, but it might be too tight inside my forearm and wrist as it already is. Split the muscle again then.
🙄

But then two pairs of socks means you have a total of four socks so it's quite the conundrum.

Some tips on places to go locally would be handy

Got my usual autumn trip to Cornwall with the camera in a couple of weeks so looking forward to that. What is the best season for nature photography? Is there a standout? I’d love to get into it. Some tips on places to go locally would be handy Spring is good for the activity late april til june of stuff arriving.Your Spring summer birds coming here to breed.A chance of seeing your owls more as they get out to feed young.Your mammals like deer probably having young also. However with more leaves on trees birds can hide more. Summer is usually quiet but a nice day not that we get many can bring good opportunities. Atuumn you have the lovely colours and as our summer visitors depart a few winter ones arrive. Autumn is good for deer as its rutting season. Starling murmurations. Pink Footed Geese moving are other highlights. Then as you head into winter if you get a nice winter sun and you are say at a body of water a kingfisher or a wader may make a nice photo. With trees bear also stuff is easier to spot. Winter can be good for spotting birds of prey in a leafless tree. Shorter days sadly mean less time out. So they do all have their pros and cons. Its all about getting the right light and a nice day in my opinion. Peak district near mermaid inn thornbrook is good first thing or last thing. Wildlife is most active dawn or dusk. Cannock Chase in autumn for deer Coombs Valley RSPB Leek. Futher a field Parkgate Dee Estuary in winter can be fantastic. Local parks and local nature reserves can also provide something. All about keeping your eye out.

All the best as the nights draw in my good brothers.

I'm asking for a friend of mine who has been in and out from the emergency unit now since the end of August.
He has got a new type of medicine now but can't eat any calcium, or at least has to minimize it for a couple of weeks. We tried to figure it out yesterday at his place. The question is, what should he eat? Is it enough to exclude milk, cheese, youghurt and all green vegs? And perhaps avoiding nuts and fish as well.
His concern is oranges in particular. And what about red meat and chicken?

If you don’t mind me asking what’s the medicine? Never heard of calcium before - grapefruit yes but not that.

Could be a good supplement for you. Well, it's not me, I can't take any medicine whatsoever.😶🌫️ But I'm visited him yesterday and the day before that was the last day with that antibiotics, he said. So far it went pretty good.👍 I really don't know why calcium collide with it. Since it's a wide range antibiotics efficient against most bacteries it's hard to find a longer side effects list than this. Personally, I'm still waiting for that appointment to a hand surgeon. In fact I'm in the queue to two different ones. 🫨

I need some updates from you guys Any better now mate? I’m not really looking forward to the darker nights when the clocks change but off to Sheffield today with a couple of school mates so that should be fun. Small wins. Christmas soon which I know some don’t really like but I don’t mind it really. Best thing for me is running 2-3 times a week mixed in with a couple of trips to the gym and staying away from the booze as much as possible.

Not really mate, getting progressively worse to be honest with winter closing in but there are still high points which you have to make the most of. Today I’m going to have a full English followed by a long woodland walk, then shopping for a wedding suit. Then it’ll be Stoke so it’s all down hill from there🤣
