I'd love a loan deal for him, but wouldn't trust a permanent deal unless his wages were made up of appearance bonuses. That way if he is still a cunt he wont get paid as much

I think he'd be excellent playing behind a front man in a 4411 or 4321

First reaction is no thanks.
Where do you fit him in the team?
What did he really contribute to QPR last season?

Loan deal would be amazing tbh! Then if he does well and QPR don`t go back up - we could sign him....
If his attitude stinks.... get rid.
Perfect as he is undoubtably a good player just have to question his decision making and attitude at times.

Hopefully this is bullshit.
It would be the worst signing since the 2 icelandics that TP refused to play.
Fat. Lazy. Horrific attitude. Zero positional sense.

You'd have to back Hughes and the management staff on this one. They know the man and the player.
He's certainly got the talent to be a difference-maker if his head's right.

Hughes and the rest of his team must have stewed over the reason for the QPR chaos, which has destroyed their reputations, for months and identified individuals who were primarily responsible in their minds - and if they're content to work with this fella again, he can't be without merit as a player/character if handled properly?

In a different league to anything we've got atm when he's got his head screwed on! Hopefully relegation has showed him how quickly it can go balls up and he gets his head down! Could be at a top 4 club by now if he'd of kept his head down imo.

I'd be worried if it was a permanent move but a loan presses all the right buttons for me. At his best he is stunning - any manager and club who can bring discipline and consistency to his play has a gem on their hands - he could be not just good but great. A loan deal limits the risk financially and has potential to be a superb signing not least because he can cover a variety of forward positions. Well worth a punt in my opinion.

French pressHe seems to be touting himself around to Marseille. I'd be surprised if he chose us over any reasonably big European option.

Given that we have someone that Harry wants, we may just be QPR's preferred bidder. I know it still comes down to the player, but surely that would increase our chances?

Brilliant. I was hoping to see good build up play this year, but instead we'll be giving it to someone who thinks he can score from 40 yards EVERY time he's given the ball

Fuck sake i'm only just coming to terms with Mark Hughes being the manager and now this cock, there's a reason hes been fined over 60 grand in the past few months and sent home from pre season, he will cause more trouble than hes worth

A team including Charlie Adam doesn't really need another promising but inconsistent to have to carry through the season

Has talent no doubt but would rather keep team harmony, but at the end if the day we have to trust Hughes.
