Judging by the unprecedented number of police officers on show by the canal and on the railway bridge, I'm guessing there is a few bob surplus in the overtime budget that needs spending by the end of the month. Though that myself, even the wife said there's a lot of police about to day.The funniest thing down there was a police woman/girl who's night stick was as big as her.

Hoping the hold on until half time and then the scouse cunts turn it around second half, at 25/1... From BBC. Leicester 1-0 Liverpool Posted at 36 mins Riyad Mahrez puts in a cross but it's overhit and under appreciated. I have to agree with Aaron there, Liverpool and Stoke aren't doing much to promote the idea of a 'warm weather' training break.

Of course it's a bloody gimmick - that's the point. Anyway you said thirty was fine earlier - now you want it cheaper. I wouldn't argue with 30. In reality I'm not arsed because it doesn't affect me. But there's nothing stopping them from making it a tenner. I think with the product on offer 30 quid is about right but if people want it cheaper then why stop at 20? In reality I'm not arsed because it doesn't affect me. ?????

Imagine if Saido had come from Arsenal and the story broke a day before a game at the Emirates... The Daily Mail had the story for weeks!! They may have done ,but it was leaked by some one at West Brom. The way Pulis would not face Hughes before or after the match makes me think it was him.

A few Amiens comments... -- The club does not want to let go of fofana! He will only go for a very very big offer!-- If this is confirmed, it's a bullshit for Everybody!
The player, because it is clear something in this group, two victories like that as against contenders is not trivial, triple / quadruple his salary he is free to do in 5 months. He will arrive in New group, new culture, needs 2/3 months to acclimatize. He certainly has the qualities to play in England but not now ...
Stoke, they will buy the contract of a player who is free to sign for free in months.
And Amiens who do not give themselves the right to dream ... What is the interest (even economic) to sell this player?
We can not go up without him, it is impossible!
So why not take the risk to leave it free but let the right to dream, with the turn of the last matches (at home), is not insignificant ..
-- Sold then loaned 6 months to Amiens
-- If Stoke is the partner of the ASC and the idea is to collaborate (never seen an official news pass on this subject), this is what must be done.
Stoke makes sure to have Guessouma for the year pro despite the competition on this transfer and leaves us the opportunity to go up and make this partnership much more interesting for them.
Stoke has nothing to play this season (keeping quiet and eliminated from the Cup).
Make our leaders do not play her little arm. I want to mortgage this 1.5M for the right to dream in these last 16 games.Their English is terrible. Think they are using the same translator as Biscuit.

You want the manager to leave halfway through the season when we could quite reasonably have an excellent second half, and have our best ever season? How does that make any sense? Large parts of last year were terrible, but it's not like he hasn't demonstrated the capacity to play good football more often than not. And the releasing (not selling I might add) of Bojan hardly means we Berahino isn't going to thrive. We have players with his skillset. Because it's tedious to watch and I couldn't really care we finish and the season ended when we lost to Wolves? Who? Fat Adam? Runner Allen? Crabby Afellay? Nah. I would say those players want to play for Stoke. As what's going on in the game now ,if it's not going for the player they what out.

One of them had better be Bojan back home. Unfortunately not mate and I can see today being a day of mourning for you pal. It's a good move all around for Bojan and for stoke As you have said re Bojan least we still own him and no other Prem team have him.Reading his statement Stoke have been more than fair with him from his Rehabilitation in Spain and letting him go out on Loan.I thought when he first came here the more lightweight player was get more protection ,but this season as long as it's not two footed tackle more robust challenges are going unpunished which does not suit his game.

Suggestion still seems to be they're hoping Muniesa's pressure forces Stoke to let him go there on loan, as they can't afford the £3m. sevilla.abc.es/deportes/alfinaldelapalmera/noticias/real-betis/deseo-muniesa-las-dificultades-del-stoke-121887-1484606021.htmlThe fact is that the Muniesa operation is still not easy beyond the fact that the player is doing everything he can to get out. The Catalan central has everything spoken with the club and vice-versa to join and even has already sought accommodation in Seville. Béticas and Muniesa both hopes living in the last days of the market when the Stoke could let out their player on loan to avoid keep him against his will .
At Betis they will not increase their offer for the left-hander as they are aware of their economic limitations and are not willing to pay at the moment the more than three million euros in which Stoke has assessed Muniesa. Torrecilla and Víctor agree that Muniesa is an ideal option to be able to reinforce the team at the moment. Formed in the quarry of Barcelona, Muniesa made his debut in the first team and participated in Segunda with the Barca branch but most of his career has developed at Stoke, who bet on him when he ended his relationship with the Catalan team and Where he is well liked by his fans. Whats all this "he's doing every thing to get out" then the " to avoid keeping him against his will" .Come up with the Money and he can go all this we can not to afford to pay the price. Also this talk about letting him to go on loan, hes likely to get injured then he's worth fuck all.

Great day out yesterday, and not just the result, oh to have a pub outside our ground like the Colliers arms, great atmosphere friendly locals and great tunes being played. Made for a great 3 or 4 hours and the result topped it off. Was in there myself, albeit about half 11. Great jukebox, friendly people and even the seafood man paid a visit. Some one must have asked the seafood man "have you got crabs".

Is West Ham's transfer policy just put a bid in for every striker in existence and hope at least one club accepts? In a nut shell pretty much - although you forgot to factor in once/if a bid has been accepted WHU will try and change it to a loan or play one deal against another until the player or selling club tells us to do one. As I've said before transfer windows are Sullivan's favourite time of year - he's not really trying to sign anyone at all, just playing FM2017 and give the impression we're a big club with ambition trying.. Dembele won't leave Celtic for less than £25-£30m IMO which is why (if true) bidding £20m is just more media noise to keep Sullivan's profile up. This will go on till the end of Jan when shock/horror they cash-in on Payet who goes to Man U or wherever - we get Snodgrass as replacement, Zaza gone (thank god we didn't pay £20m for him) Calleri gone, Tore gone - to be replaced by Hogan (done deal apparently at £12m with add-ons)- the free-scoring Championship striker with a dodgy cruciate who'll score on his debut and then join Sakho and Carroll in the physio room till the end of season. I doubt they'll be any kind of net spend this window by WHU although the Zaza money should still be available from the summer!! As said in one of the treads above i have mate who is a bretford fan he says Hogan has had two cruciate ligament injuries and the purchase price from Rochdale was 500,000 but they got him for that price as there is a large sell on price .So they will be holding out for top wack to compensate for sell on fee to Rochdale.

When i saw this i texted my mate who is a Brentford fan, they must have got him from Oldham and he must have gone on strike to get the move to Burney. He said he played CB for them is a cultured player and can go forward but does not think he got enough pace for the Premier. He was a very popular player for them till Dyche tapped him up.
