Nathan Ake recalled from his loan spell at Bournemouth by Chelsea. Have read that as well ,thought he was on a year loan there. There must have been a recall cause in the loan ?.Thats one big loss for Bournemouth.

Is West Ham's transfer policy just put a bid in for every striker in existence and hope at least one club accepts? In a nut shell pretty much - although you forgot to factor in once/if a bid has been accepted WHU will try and change it to a loan or play one deal against another until the player or selling club tells us to do one. As I've said before transfer windows are Sullivan's favourite time of year - he's not really trying to sign anyone at all, just playing FM2017 and give the impression we're a big club with ambition trying.. Dembele won't leave Celtic for less than £25-£30m IMO which is why (if true) bidding £20m is just more media noise to keep Sullivan's profile up. This will go on till the end of Jan when shock/horror they cash-in on Payet who goes to Man U or wherever - we get Snodgrass as replacement, Zaza gone (thank god we didn't pay £20m for him) Calleri gone, Tore gone - to be replaced by Hogan (done deal apparently at £12m with add-ons)- the free-scoring Championship striker with a dodgy cruciate who'll score on his debut and then join Sakho and Carroll in the physio room till the end of season. I doubt they'll be any kind of net spend this window by WHU although the Zaza money should still be available from the summer!! As said in one of the treads above i have mate who is a bretford fan he says Hogan has had two cruciate ligament injuries and the purchase price from Rochdale was 500,000 but they got him for that price as there is a large sell on price .So they will be holding out for top wack to compensate for sell on fee to Rochdale.

When i saw this i texted my mate who is a Brentford fan, they must have got him from Oldham and he must have gone on strike to get the move to Burney. He said he played CB for them is a cultured player and can go forward but does not think he got enough pace for the Premier. He was a very popular player for them till Dyche tapped him up.

What a wank xmas period for stoke fans. 2 away games and then a home game on the 1st day back at bloody work. I really do think it's been shit for us as fans You are right there not one home match over christmas /new year .Might be more lucky next year as it sounds like there is a match every other day.

Produces very well written reports but a bit fond of telling you what your 'agenda' is. You have to accept on this board that the bottom line is that everyone wants 3 points out of a game and all we are talking about really is how to get 'em. There's a large number on here that don't want us to get three points they either don't support the club or if they do have a agenda about the management .I don't know a lot about other forum's but are they as easy to join as the Oatcake.

I think people are under-estimating how GOOD Johnson has been for us. Hes also got a very calm head and has enough belief in his ability to get out of tight spaces. He has that ability of winning most 50:50 challenges in midfield and coming away with the ball. Also he gets his head up and makes intelligent passes inside or up the line to Shaqiri and then moves into space to receive the ball back. Only Muniesa has anything like the same kind of quality on the ball. Pieters on the left-hand is so terrible in possession. I honestly never seen a dutch player with such a bad pass on him lol Johnson shouldnt be a centre-half but either a right-back or much better as the wing-back option. Diouf is doing ok there but surely thats a prime position for Johnson We will be a lot poorer without him in the side thats for sure. I am not saying to sell him especially for a 1 mill and not to West Ham if that was the case let him run the contract down. But since he's come back from injury /injury's he does not have the same zip about him. Also there is more mistakes coming in to his game that are costing us goals.

Apologies if I've missed it somewhere else but has it been announced how long the deal is that we've given him?
Cheers It'll either be tomorrow or, as it's a Bank Holiday, Tuesday I would have thought but it seems like it's a done deal as they say. Knowing Stoke it will be a couple of weeks yet.😉.

On the other side we all know what Zaha does but no professional can say what we think. When you have Ian Wright sticking up for him. This was a way for the wider public to know. Maybe - but referees DO get things wrong on occasion! Supposing TV replays showed that Clattenberg's decision was a terrible one? The mascot would then have wound up an opposition player IN FRONT OF THE OPPOSITION FANS for something he didn't do. If a pitch invasion had been the result - do you think the mascot would have escaped punishment? I don't. Mascots are in a privileged position - they are not playing or coaching staff but (unlike fans) they are allowed on the pitch to do a job. That job is to add to the atmosphere and gee up the home fans - they are not there to wind up opposition players or opposition fans. I hope clubs are reminded that their mascots should not overstep the mark. In playing by the book you are correct, but this is not some one that dives on the odd occasion he is a serial diver. We have seen at first hand when he's played against us.If it now makes him think about what he's doing is wrong from now on it's good. When he does play now you do not see Ashley Young driving like he did beforehand once it was drought to light.Oh plus the Hornets drive was very funny as was Zaha reaction.

link that worksI won't comment on the Zaha penalty appeal as I haven't seen it yet. I do agree with Allardyce though that mascots should not get involved in criticism of opposition players. It sets a poor precedent and sooner or later it will lead to trouble by inciting a fan to do something which will get him or her a ban. On the other side we all know what Zaha does but no professional can say what we think. When you have Ian Wright sticking up for him. This was a way for the wider public to know.

On a loan I assume Paul? Who do they have as back up striker other than him though? By the way, where's Loic Remy? With Costa suspended, Batshuayi will play Chelsea's next few games, but will no doubt slink back to the bench as soon as Costa returns. He is their only proper back up though for their regular striker, so unlikely to be available on loan you'd think. Talking Chelsea, I do like the look of Tammy Abraham, on loan at Brizzle for the season, and would hope we may take a closer look come the summer. All so taking Chelsea was reading some time back John Obi Mikel or is name the other way round.Any way he was looking for more first team football ,think he is on a free in summer.Would be great in the Whelan [cage ] roll. Not sure if he still plays for Nigeria so ANC could be a problem.

Thing is if you are tripped up, you tend to go head first not two feet first😁 Yes he's done the same with the pens he's got,He either wraps his legs round the defender or trips him self up to get one.

I take it you have not got a season ticket, but if you had what would you say if some one was in your seat. I do have a season ticket and have had for 20 years. If someone was in my seat I would ask them to move. The point I am making is if he was in the seat next to me I genuinely couldn't give a shit. Apologies if I have a view that everyone should feel safe wherever they want to sit. What you said "If someone was in my seat I would ask them to move".That was all the person in the tread asked him to do,He the flag waver was 6 blocks away from where he should have been.

Incredible that you led to making observations of racism when clearly the poster made no reference to race, religion, colour, or origin. A perfect example of people being colossal cocks and drama queens. Oh look at me - another PC JCL SJW finger clicker wearing a rainbow-coloured onesie. ANY away fan with a flag in the home parts of the ground should be kicked out pronto. Preferably after having pies thrown at them, and a swift kick up the arse. Regardless what colour, creed or other demographic they are. If it's a blind one legged Romanian Buddhist transsexual with an away flag they can still have a kick up their arse for their troubles and their cheek. That's equality for you. Modern toss football fans. I accept I am on my own here, but if an away fan pays his/her money they should be able to sit where the hell they want. I take it you have not got a season ticket, but if you had what would you say if some one was in your seat.

Just watched it this morning, the only thing Jenas and Murphy didn't do, was suck Jug Ears off. Every week I watch these twats and think they can't get any worse/more bias/corrupt but they out do themselves. Murphy who is anti-tackling and went out of his way to critcise Stoke for "being rough" applauds Vardy''s tackle as a good one. He can't be that stupid and therefore his integrity must be questioned. Actually, maybe he is that stupid. Jenas has joined the party and been told that he is doing it all wrong. He now fits in perfectly. For that handball not to be a penalty would basically mean nothing is. The scum wank all over Leicester's "spirit" and ignore the behaviour of their players, the coin throwing fans and probably the worst thing, the mistaken booking of Huth which should have been King and Leicester down to 9 men. Disgraceful. Though my self that it should have be King and he should have been sent off.But think the Ref shit out of it,seeing His Prem Ref career going down the pan it he had sent him off.

Everything seemed so good up until after we beat Liverpool 6-1 When you said "Where's it all gone wrong "is very much like like when the room service guy saying the same to G Best when he was delivering champagne to his room with a load of money on his bed and Miss World just coming out of the bathroom.😉.

He did not make contact though or leave the ground to that matter - he got the ball. I agree with MOTD pundits on this one, never a card let alone a red. It was not a 2 footed horror tackle where he went through/over the ball - just a good tackle. I will be very surprised if his card is not rescinded I'd be massively surprised if it's rescinded. Off his feet out of control 2 footed lunge is a red all day long these days. Contact or not - ball won or not. Let's not forget Allen got booked on Wednesday for a great tackle. Could no watch it last night still fuming, watch it this morning and don't know why I bothed to say the handed ball was not a penalty when Simpson waving is hand in the Air is unbelievable .

Typical Stoke, mate. Good fucking night. You could tell second half we'd thought we'd already won. Why was nobody (any single player or even the fucking manager) shouting at anybody to say get the job done and kill it off? We've let a massive opportunity slip there. We've played a team that has been absolutely shit away from home all season and let a 2 goal lead slip (against 10 men) due to a complete lack of ambition or nous. Wank. You would think after last season ,when we did the same and pissed all over then first half and they came back for a draw.We would not let it happen again, guess what.

London Midland are dog shit mate. Shame you had to find out this way You are spot on ,Wont use them if possible. Was waiting in Euston yesterday afternoon for the train home and noticed that the one which would have gone to Stoke would end its journey at Rugby as there was not the staff to man the train.
