Is Tony Scholes to blame for the tickets being touted in the Manchester Citeh end aswell?
I think Stoke have done well with the ticket sales, nice to see them put so much thought into it. the ballot was a general sale ballot and was open to anyone with a purchasing history for previous Stoke matches. It's not the clubs fault that some of our supporters want to make a quick buck by ripping off fellow supporters.
The FA are more to blame for ticket touting for comming up with the idea of 'Club Wembley'. 17,000 tickets available to people with little interest in the final.

Not stopping in Watford getting off the train at Watford Junction on Saturday and traveling to Wembley from there. Just planned my route, instead of going to North Wembley or Wembley Central (will be full of Mancs).... I will be getting a train to Kenton and then a short walk to Northwick Park Tube station and tube to Wembley Park where all the Stoke pubs are! maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=kenton+tube+brent&aq=&sll=53.067627,-2.329102&sspn=0.177824,0.430527&ie=UTF8&hq=&hnear=South+Kenton+station&ll=51.577816,-0.316801&spn=0.012161,0.026908&z=15 Might be a good route from Watford. Watford underground goes directly to Wembley park in about 20 minutes, it's about a mile from the centre of Watford. Might be an even better route! ;D ;D ignore me!

yes, I know football is supposed to be Saturday 3pm...but... I wish the match was Sunday. That way I'd use Saturday as a chance to have massive night out beforehand, a la Bolton. Have I missed something? Have they stopped beer sales on a Friday? if not can't you just have a massive Friday night out instead? Personally I'm going to have a quiet night in and an early night. I'll be sleeping with my lucky underpants on my head and I'll wear them properly in the morning. That way they should stay fresh and wont be to cheesey by the time I arrive at Wemberleee.

My train from Watford arrives at Wembley Central. Seemed like a good idea at the time to book train tickets to Watford intead of Euston to save time and money.
Might get the tube from Wembley Central to North Wembley and walk to the Torch from there, there are a few pubs on the way. North Wembley tube Station to the Torch is 1.4 miles according to google maps.
P.S getting the tube from Wembley Central to Wembley Park is a bit of a pain and would probably take longer than walking.

Interesting article and cannot disagree with Graham Poll. Although I'm glad that Wilshire wasn't sent off now as it would have given the local arse fans an excuse for us beating them again.

They're being sent out either today or tomorrow. I started panicking earlier when it hadn't been sent out but was told in another thread from BoothenEnderGaz that he's been in contact with the club about this and they will be sentout so people will get them in time for the final. I know I shouldn't be getting concerned but my bout of cup fever is getting to me. When the tickets are dispatched they should only take 24 hours to arrive, if they are recorded/special delivery.

Check the delivery status on their website. It will tell you what's happening and if there wasn't enough time to post them out to you then you may have to collect them from Wembley on the day as I did for the semi. "We are waiting for the tickets to come to us from the event organiser. As soon as they are in stock we will send them to you."that's what I'm getting for the delivery status.

Nice to read match reports written by journalists who have actually watched the match and not just made a load of shit up to fill the column inches as sometimes happens.
Have to agree with ID, the report in the Guardian is fantastic.

But somebody did break Delap's leg! Bayern's got it right on that one. Ok then, what about Etheringtons leg...can you imagine the rage. Lets be fair, the injury old Rory suffered was nothing compared to Ramsey. Dont get me wrong I think Ramsey and Arsenal are a bunch of whining girls, but that does not mean we wouldnt be fuming if the same happened to one of our players. The same did not happen to Rory, his ankle was not hanging by a thread Are you on a wind up or just a bit clueless? Rory's broken leg was exactly the same injury as Ramsey's. A double fracture of the tibia and fibula.

updated to Firefox 4 earlier, it's working fine for me but was a little disappointed that Mozilla were boasting that it would be six times faster than the old Firefox and it doesn't seem any quicker (or slower for that matter).

When did you come back? And why did you leave again? a month ago, the intelligent posters knew who I was, and the ones I'm bothered about I told myself by PM. I left, not that its any of your business, to have a break, I only came back to correct some of the misinformation being spouted about FA semi final and tickets, and so I didn't have to use go betweens to pass on useful information to fellow stokies Job done, now you can leave again, bye Dave, or just admit it ID, you cannot live without the Oatcake.... P.S as already said, shut the fuck up, Rhodsey.
