yes, I know football is supposed to be Saturday 3pm...but...
I wish the match was Sunday. That way I'd use Saturday as a chance to have massive night out beforehand, a la Bolton.
Plus, this week is going to quickly. I want to savour every minute, not wish my life away.
I was more giddy for the semi final. What with travel arrangements, stopping overnight etc. Saturday is more like a normal match - travel, beer, match, travel.
Christ, I well-up just thinking of saturday - I will need copious amounts of Leffe Brun on the way down.

No
Go out Saturday and feel like absolute shite for one of the biggest games of our history on Sunday - I will take Saturday.
Get back into Stoke late Friday evening, have a quick shandy and a curry and then get an early night ahead of an early start Saturday.
Plans are made to fail Get back in Stoke late Friday evening Ring the lads Go up town Come in bladdered at 5 On the coach at half 6 More drinking and numerous Pro-Plus' Lovely Jubbly

Yes, for once. A day more for Matty and Huth to be worked on and my split week-end in Chester (originally booked for May 13-15, a school reunion) and London wouldn't be needed and I'd save some money towards my European travels.

All football matches should be on a Saturday kicking off at 3pm. So no, it shouldn't be on the Sunday in my opinion.

I wish all the Premier League games were on Sunday. Having any sort of a programme on the same day as the FA Cup final, is just plain wrong and devalues the competition. The fact that ManU could will be celebrating winning the League title just before the cup final kicks off, is utterly ridiculous!

Have I missed something? Have they stopped beer sales on a Friday? if not can't you just have a massive Friday night out instead? Personally I'm going to have a quiet night in and an early night. I'll be sleeping with my lucky underpants on my head and I'll wear them properly in the morning. That way they should stay fresh and wont be to cheesey by the time I arrive at Wemberleee.

I'd have to book a day off work if it was Sunday and I can't afford to do that! Finish work Friday 2230, hop across to the pub for 2231, have a nice easy few pints, up at 0630 and back to the pub, a pint or so with breakfast, coach, London, more beer, Wembley, win, see Ryan lift cup, bomb back up to Stoke as fast as I can make the driver drive, pub, town, drunken singing with hundreds of others in the middle of Trinity Street, a la promotion in 2008. Hopefully knob girlfriend too. Beauuuuuutiful.
