The extra tickets that were taken up by Stoke firstly were used to bribe the stoke supporters into buying season tickets for next year to get FA cup tickets. Then the ballot this was then open to supporters who had got tickets already and this is how the touts have been formed their is a disgusting fan on the oatcake with a ticket to sell for £250 and yesterday two sold on e-bay for £1000,but ask yourselves who has caused this to happen TONY BLOODY SCHOLES.

I managed to get a spare ticket for a friend who was after one. I sold it to him for face value which is what I paid for it. Tony Scholes didn’t tell me to do that.
Others are ripping off fellow Stokies for as much as they can get. And that is their prerogative. Tony Scholes hasn’t made them do that either.
This is all down to the individual.
You can’t blame Scholes for people being touting cunts. It will always go on

Yes, because there has never been any FA Cup Final ticket touting before this year.

What a wank thread, I could sell my ticket for £500 tomorrow if I wanted to and I am a Season Ticket holder, it's up to people what they do with their tickets not always right but not the club's or Tony Scholes fault! Stop moaning and enjoy tomorrow

It's up to the supporters what they do with their tickets, Tony Scholes has a business to run and needs to come up with new initiatives to keep money coming in to the football club. The football club get money for what ever scheme they can come up with that will generate a profit. What do you want to complain about next? The price of season tickets? Just to clarify though, if you bought a season ticket along with an FA Cup Final ticket, touts would've made you pay through the nose but Stoke have done the same but effectively have handed supporters a free season ticket at the price a tout would've been asking for.

Its nothing to do with the club or Tony Scholes, if there are greedy money grabbing b@stards ripping people off then its them and the people buying off them which are to blame.
I think the club have done a really good job of allocating tickets apart from the carrot dangling at buy a 2011/12 season ticket and a cup ticket is yours and i think the ballot should have been for fans with purchasing history but no membership/season ticket. Apart from this then they have done well.
The worst thing is i bet there will be a few thousand empty seats there tomorrow in club wembley which could have gone to real stoke fans who were desperate for a ticket.

Sooo you think it would have been better if the club had not got extra tickets. Really?
Also, the extra tickets didn't just go to people who bought season tickets last weekend - they were also made available to new season ticket holders who had already bought theirs BEFORE we knew we were in the final. AND - the rest went into a ballot - and there were a fair few people on here that benefitted from that.
The net result is more money for the club (and not touts) and more Stokies at the Final - what's wrong with that?

Is Tony Scholes to blame for the tickets being touted in the Manchester Citeh end aswell?
I think Stoke have done well with the ticket sales, nice to see them put so much thought into it. the ballot was a general sale ballot and was open to anyone with a purchasing history for previous Stoke matches. It's not the clubs fault that some of our supporters want to make a quick buck by ripping off fellow supporters.
The FA are more to blame for ticket touting for comming up with the idea of 'Club Wembley'. 17,000 tickets available to people with little interest in the final.

Absolute rubbish
There are touts for every FA Cup final and major competition so don't give all the Scholes nonsense.
was common sense not to put a very limited number of tickets on public sale.

As alwayd with some of the numbnuts on this board, its a case of instead of looking at the logical reasoning behind how tickets were allocated if all else fails we can blame the club...yawn! I like thousands of others had to give up my season ticket two years ago but after spending hours and hours day after day managed to get a ticket for £65 cos I put the effort into trying to find one! Unfortunately they dont just fall into your lazy arsed lap mate, the boys weating red and white had to wotk bloody hard to get to wembley so I saw no problem with me having to do the same.shit thread=shitbin

TBH, if I couldn't make the game tomorrow I would need £1000s to help get over it, so I'd sell it on ebay for as much as I could get.

It's the biggest day in the clubs history, an FA Cup Final for Christs sake. The ticket distribution was fair, and yet some people still find something to moan about. Smile, enjoy the good times while you can, because believe me it won't last forever. Get a bloody grip!

The system worked this time round at the end of the day bribing Stoke fans for more season tickets helps the club, ticket touts will always be ticket touts, you cant get all of them..
