I'm no expert, but any manager could be sacked by October if results are bad. He's not really saying anything of any note is he?

If people genuinely believe posters are attacking Sol Campbell just because he's black, name and shame them. This thread could be constructive but scatter gun accusations have derailed it.

That's the thing though, not once this season have we been consistent and I'm sure after the Leeds game some were saying it was the turning point, and after the Derby game. Im not saying we couldn't make the play offs, but it's going to take an absolutely massive turn of form for it to happen. Personally I can't see it, but it would be nice. yeha I cant see it happening but thatโs the best game Iโve seen stoke play in a long time, yeah the Leeds win was good and same with the derby one but from start to finish we were the better team, they didnโt have one decent chance, we have improved massively, I do think we will be in the top 2 next year if we donโt go up It would be good to be back in the Premier league, Im probably wrong but if Nathan got the team he wanted playing his way, I reckon they could surprise a lot of teams, but it certainly won't be till next season at the earliest.

It's amazing what one win will do. well tbf just stating facts, and like I said itโs about being consistent? These players are good enough, just a certain few canโt be arsed That's the thing though, not once this season have we been consistent and I'm sure after the Leeds game some were saying it was the turning point, and after the Derby game. I'll give this manager one thing.
He has balls the size of planets.
Here he is on the way to the ground.

Maybe, but I can't see us getting relegated, so where's the harm in giving it a season, if we sack him we are ignoring the deeper lying problems. No. We're not going to get relegated, granted we're probably not going to get promoted, but, let's give it at least enough time to A. Build a team with a couple of transfer windows. B. Let that team gel and get used to Rowetts tactics. C. Rid ourselves of the dead wood on massive wages D. Shake the negative attitude of the last three seasons that has effected the way the team act and react on the pitch. Or we could sack Rowett as if its all his fault, remove responsibility from everyone else who has had a hand in our current situation only for the deep lying problems to persist with a new manager, who will then have to start from square one. We are fucked if we with stick with B.

Don't know what the fuss is about, a guy set out to get a reaction out of someone and got a reaction out of someone, the guy who reacted wasn't at work at the time and the only one who did anything seriously wrong was the jeb end using his phone whilst driving with his daughter in the car. Carragher is a bell end, but the other guy seems to be getting off lightly for doing something that has, in other cases, been directly responsible for people losing there lives.

We tried that at the start of one season a few years ago. Canโt remember who it was or who we were playing. Pretty sure we lost though and they scored. Wasnโt it Drinkwater at Leicester? Yeah it was, a chant of "he shits in the bath" was suggested as well.

Are worse than us so are swansea and West Brom we will be safe Thing is, after ten years in the prem, is this what it's come down to? Hoping there are three worse teams? it's playing with fire. We have had enough TV money for a decade to atleast have a solid foundation which meant we were looking up the table and wondering how high we can climb, instead we are praying for results against Burnley, West ham and West brom, something is wrong and has been for far too long, which makes the whole situation seem bizarre to me. I think its trying to be self sufficient and "cute" in the transfer window, when we had a team that needed a mass overhaul and having a manager who doesn't coach youth, it simply won't work. Mark Hughes needs money, we need a manager to improve what they've already got or one that is tactically minded. We have the wrong sort of manager for the direction we're trying to go in, I think football has moved on from Hughes style of thinking, which is why I just can't see him turning it around, the negativity is there now, from the players to the fans to the press, only something drastic will shift it and since Hughes is the source, he has to go.

โAll we have got to do is try to get something out of the next two games. There is no time to do anything other than concentrate on those games.โ Is that all, great and then what, don't win and its the next two and the next two, he needs to be gone now. Ten years of premier league money and experience and we're reduced to praying for a result against Burnley and fucking West ham to save our season, how did it get this bad?

Obviously against the top sides we are finding it a little bit difficult to stay in games . Thatโs a fucking understatement you plum Nine times out of ten we're never in the games to begin with, and against lesser teams show up late or leave early, it's like they're working bastard flexy time.

Always loved Diouf, his style doesn't flatter, but where ever he plays, he's effective.
