Yesterday's very welcome win changed nothing IMO. He's shown over two seasons that he can't respond and adapt to injuries, ref decisions, or opposing team tactics and formations etc. He seem's unable to be proactive and is almost always on the back foot during games. His in-game "management" is woeful and our inability to see out games, and to win when we've been leading, is atrocious.
What do the "MON In" crowd think is suddenly going to change if he's still here (heaven forbid) next season ? No injuries ? Refs give us every decision ? No bookings or sendings off ? No mistakes (every game) from our players ? More "luck" ?
He's a nice bloke, did well to save us from relegation when he first arrived, but he seem's totally out of his depth.
He needs to go to give his replacement time before the end of the season.

As I've said previously I like O'Neill, but I'm still of the opinion that he needs to be replaced, regardless of yesterday's win. I can see keeping him retained in a different capacity but we need a new coach as far as I'm concerned.

MON has made every effort to get near the play off places with Stoke. However, he is now as far away from promotion as he has ever been. We will never be promoted while MON is manager. He should have gone at least two weeks ago, then at least the season ticket sales would have had a boost as the fans would at least have had some hope of promotion next season.

I was wavering towards out after Cardiff but not just victory yesterday but the way we played and the togetherness in the squad convinced me to stay with keep. Not only that, Baker is obviously loving being here and is way to good for this division. If we get rid of MON and a Premier club puts in an offer he might be more tempted than if MON stays. I would say there after yesterday that there are still a lit of players who are supportive of the manager and were determined to get a result for him yesterday. Even Campbell was a man possessed in his little cameo.

Even Campbell was a man possessed in his little cameo. Baker's staying or going has no bearing on who the manager is. If a lower or midtable PL club comes in with a sizable offer for him, he's gone. I'm sure that he's ensured that he has a release clause in his contract. Equally I was sure that Chelsea would have put a wide selection of add on fees when they agreed to let him go for nothing (he wasn't on the free transfer list, but MON managed to get him free somehow) , something like a 50% sell on, 100K if promoted, 25K if he scores 10 goals, and so on. But if the Chelsea sale drags on and they're not allowed to make money on football acticities, I suppose any such stipulations would become void. So do we sell before the sale is back on?

IN for this season at least
And the ex Norwich manager can FARKE off !
Injuries did us till January
Then another bout of injuries took away our replacement senior defenders (current young defenders still unproven)
