Honestly, what a load of old arse. Pugs So you are full of forgiveness for his complete lack of respect to his employer, profession, professional colleagues, us the paying public for the past 18 months and his contribution towards our relegation then? If not, instead of responding with comments like a “a load of old arse” why not put forward a suggestion (s) for rationale debate I was going to give you the benefit because I thought it might be an attempt at sarcasm. Now I see you were serious and I have to agree - that’s complete bollox. Berahino has had more second chances than he deserves. No team in their right minds will take off our hands, so I am afraid we are stuck with him. If the board has any sence they should negotiate to buy out his contract and cut him loose as a free agent; otherwise, he’s just taking up space in the squad and a bad influence on other players. He has the talent but not the temperament to be a professional footballer.

A chance - No A P45 - Yes
We need to include him in some kind of part exchange deal for another player where the actual figure we get for him Gets Lost in Translation.
If he gets another chance it will be a few months before we know if he's any better or not, by which time it might be too late.
Get rid as soon as possible

He’s had too many chances.
I just don’t see him as the type that will change. A bit like Nile Ranger but without the violence.
His attitude clearly stinks. Considering what he gets paid he should be embarrassed that he can’t even turn up for training on time. As with a lot of footballers it’s too much to soon.
If Rangers want him we need to get as good a deal for him as we can.

I would persevere with him especially when we have strikers that actually score... it might get him going... if not a loan move would be beneficial for him... maybe Rangers?

A loan to rangers might do him good.playing in a weaker league in a different country might be the kick up the arse he needs.

He's not doing that well in the junior teams at Stoke by all account (I've not seen him myself). I think we'd have a problem loaning him out to a second division squad, never mind Rangers. Would Rangers want him?

Why would Gerrard in his first ever managerial job target Berahino for one of his first ever signings?
Given Berahino’s track record its one of hell of a risk for Stevie G to take. However im hoping he takes that risk and gets Berahino out of our club.

Wouldn't have thought PSV or Feyenoord could get anywhere near his wages (which sadly we're committed to paying for another 4 years)?
Unless we're lucky enough that he's one with a very hefty % drop on relegation?

Im surprised teams at the level of PSV & Feyenord are remotely interested given his goalscoring record.
Good signs of getting the deadwood away from the club at least.
Fair play to Scholes & Cartwright if this happens!!

I'd be delighted if we can get rid of him on loan. If he sorts himself out and does well we could take him back and he'd be like a new signing. If he carries on doing nothing then he's away from the club and out of our hair for a bit.

I see he turned up for the game on the right day today, what if, just what if he manages to convince MrRowett and starts to score?
Yea you’re right, he won’t😂
